I visited Paris this year in September and absolutely loved 🥰 it. Palais Garnier, The Louvre and Eiffel Tower where beautiful. J’adore Paris ❤ can’t wait to go back again. 😊❤️

I don’t think it’s always necessary, but some restaurants are very small and special, and with so many tourists, it’s a good idea to make reservations when you can.

You are like a fish in a bowl, looking outside. Travelling is being curious, exploring, thinking out of the box, stopping when YOU want to see something that interests YOU, mingling into the local life. Becoming for a little while an insider. From your bus you remain a total outsider. You could just as well stay home and look at pictures. Visiting from a bus is for the lazy and narrow minded.

Do you have to have reservations to be able to eat at restaurants in Paris ?
I don’t think it’s always necessary, but some restaurants are very small and special, and with so many tourists, it’s a good idea to make reservations when you can.
You do not have to but it is advisable. However in brasseries you do not need to. Furthermore we do not « eat » (animals do) we have lunch or dinner.

How awful to stupidly visit a city from a bus with a pack of other tourists. That is not travelling.
I found it lovely with all the Christmas decorations around the city center!😊
