As a french and ex Parisian I totally agree with this list ❤ Some tips I would say is - accept the fact you can’t see everything and prioritise your bucket list - bicycle is he best way to discover the city and feel the atmosphere (it’s as fast as the metro and not underground so you don’t miss the vistas) - don’t hesitate to visit other french cities if you have the opportunity, france is not Paris and there are absolutely gorgeous other french cities Take care
Thank you very much for the excellent suggestions. It's true that its impossible to see everything and that you need to choose things that you know you are interested in. By the way which other French cities do you recommend visiting?
@@DomanationTravels i would definitely recommend to visit Annecy, Toulouse, Albi, the French Riviera, Montpellier, Nice, Boulogne sur mer, and so many villages I can’t name them all… 😃 I have another small pro-tips if you want for Paris: you can charge your phone, in most bus stop there is a USB plug :)
Hello. I go to Paris regularly, last there in January and returning in September. I follow many RUclips channels on Paris. O must tell you your presentation is fantastic. You have pleasantly covered the must doo and see. Bravo my friends. Josef.
I just got back from Paris and when you talked about the long lines a the Eifle Tower, I agree. One thing you can do, if you know when you'll be there, is to book your ticket in advance. There's sill a wait to be let up as well as a security checkpoint but it makes it easier if you already have your ticket. However, you'll be tied to a specific day and time. I hope that helps someone!! :) Glad you had a great time.
Great video man, Here is another MAJOR tip for the tourists who ask when coming to Paris. Don't Come in summer ! It's packed and expensive. Come in February/ March or April. Most importantly you won't have to queue to long for the Eiffel tower or the Louvre. A Walker from Paris
Hi I am french and I love to come to Paris for a few days, your rendition is very accurate, you did very well in so few days. Paris is wonderful to simply have a walk and it does not cost a dime. We are happy to welcome the world to this beautiful city;
I’ve watched many similar videos in anticipation of my own trip next month- your video has been, by far, the most enjoyable and information. I loved the extremely detailed voiceover.
Thank you for your comment. It definitely has been too long since we last made a video. Some life changes have impacted how quickly we can make a new video but we are hoping our next one won't take so long to make! Thanks for supporting us all this time!
Very nice video and your itinerary I copied into my travel plan for reference. 🙂 I know many of us cannot afford to travel as often as some RUclips vloggers, but if you ever get the time to travel and capture more, your channel will thrive. Great job!
Thank you so much and I hope you have a great time whenever you do get the chance to go. Thank you for the very kind words, I wish we could post more videos. There were a couple other cities we recently visited but we are not very fast at editing videos! hopefully in the not too distant future.
I just came back after wandering the streets of Paris. We basically did the same sites seeing. I stayed at Le Marais and also enjoyed Asian cuisine. I recommend Sainte-Chapelle, Maison of Victor Hugo, Rodin Museum, Shakespeare & Co., Galleria Lafayette.
I hope they do not experience any more fires, financial cost to have things, places repair is too much, and time taken. Thanks for sharing, very informative documentary! A good guide to view before a city tour!
I’ve seen so many vlogs on Paris but this one feels so organized. Did you have enough tome to relax with your itinerary? I might use this as a template! Thanks for posting.
Thank you very much. When it comes to travelling style we are usually pretty eager to go out and see a lot so if your style is to go a bit slower and take it easy there are definetly things you can cut from the itenerary. We do take breaks to sit at a park and we find walking around and exploring relaxing in general. We also do not stay up very late so we are always able to get a good nights sleep everyday which helps.
Well done! This is my fave video on Paris! I was there a few times and fell in love with the city, culture and French people just like you two did. Thank you! So what month and year were you there?
Why can't all other travel videos be pleasent to watch, with all the things you need to know (location, price, environment). Just loved the way you structured your guide to present what is necessary, being straight to the point, but with finesse 👏👏👏
Very entertaining. We have been to Paris many times and I did enjoy your tour to so many of the places I have seen. I t was so nostalgic to see the places I remember and some I have not seen. Thanks
What a great realistic tour of Paris. We will probably never get to visit it, so seeing your lovely 4 days there was a treat! I longed for less distracting background music, which was competing with your speaking.
Charming video (and folks). But apart from the restaurants, it's exactly the same video as The Frenchies' one. Same spots visited. Next time, go out of Paris and try to visit the Château de Versailles and its gorgeous Gardens. May is the best moment to spend a delicious afternoon at Giverny : the nymphéas (water lilies) of Claude Monet's House and gardens will be in bloom.
You did an amazing job with this. So enjoyable to watch with just the perfect narration and incredible shots of so many places in Paris. Thanks so much.
Thank you for watching and your comment. Unfortunately Paris has a lot of work to do when it comes to improving accessibility in the city. For example A lot of subway stations may not have an accessible option. But there are some spots that I think might be okay but I think it will require some research if you decide to go. I do hope that you are able to visit some day!
Love your itineraries -am going next May 2025 and going to follow your itinerary-you’ve done an amazing job in being so detailed and makes it easy for me to move around- can I know which hotel and prices you stayed as it would help to work out what you meant by “hop in to St Louis to get to the Latin Quarter.” Eg like taking metro or bus etc.
This is a good travel guide I will definitely take note of this. It is in my bucket list to visit the Galerie Vivienne. I wonder, how come you did not include the room of Maria Antoinette?
Thank you very much. Is the room of Maria Antoinette at Versailles? It was a tough decision to leave out Versailles this time but hopefully next time it can work out
Paris is indeed a mouvable feast! but after working in Paris for 9 years and now in the west coast of Morbihan Brittany, can say France is a mouvable feast need to know more of my belle France!
Hi just stumbled upon your loved video now. My grandson & i are headed to Europe this September (2023) ... cant wait. We also want to go to Disneyland Paris. But a good, safe, family friendly conveniently located hotel recommendation would be much appreciated. Have already subscribed to your great channel.
Thank you for watching our video and we hope you have a lovely time in Paris. This past trip we stayed at the Chouette Hotel we liked the hotel a lot but it is not centrally located. It was close to the convention center where I had some work to attend to during this trip. Hotels closer to the center (5th, 6th, 2nd Arrondisment) will be more convenient and as these locations are near tourist centers they should be fine safety wise, but these areas will of course be a little more busy.
Navigating the city is overall pretty easy. It's pretty walkable, the metro will take you almost everywhere and there are enough signs and information to help when needed. Good luck and enjoy!
Delightful tour of Paris. I appreciated the relaxed easy going delivery, your flexibility and sense of fun. One place I really liked was The Bagatelle in the Bois de Bologne. I don't know if it would be included on a four-day visit but it was really cool. A place I have not been to but would like to visit are one of the flea markets, full of unique treasures. In Paris i stay at a very old hotel on the left bank right across from Notre Dame. Ready for dinner on a Sunday night at 8pm there must have been 500 restaurants open within just a few blocks of this hotel to sit outside and enjoy a delicious meal.
This trip I was working near the convention center on the outside of the city so our hotel was there which was average convenience wise. Not close to anything but at least on a metro line. In previous visits we stayed near Montmartre which was great.
Thanks, very informative and well presented. I like how you put costs for each item. Also, I appreciated your pace, I got the sense you were taking your time and enjoying the sites and experiences. It’s a beautifully visual primer for our upcoming trip to Paris, thanks again for sharing it!

Have fun on your trip to Paris. On this trip we stayed in the Chouette Hôtel which is a bit on the outside of the city. If you want maximum convenience you can consider something around the 5th or 6th arrondissement.
