It is a dip pen with the nib made to be at an angle (or, 'oblique) to a straight pen handle. Possibly a Speedball brand or one very similar to it.

Fonts were inflating . Which type of ink was that..
There are no fonts used here, this is not typography... those are called scripts. The inks were different but mostly watercolours
