Made this for dinner tonight & it was fantastic! Had a little trouble mixing the corn starch & egg white with the chicken, but will try a different tack next time by mixing the corn starch with the egg white & some water as needed separately & then combining it with the chicken. Other than that the end result was a real hit. Served it on a bed of brown rice that I made in an electric pressure cooker. As someone who has made several of Chef Joel's recipes my advice to anyone is if you like what he's cooking in the video go ahead & make it because it will be just as advertised.

How on earth I didn't find this recipe. Been 5 years ago, 🤦🏻♀️ anyway I cook this last night and it turned out so great so simple yet yummy. And since I have nothing to do with the egg yolk and I don't wanna throw it. I mixed it at the last part, and more tasty. Thanks for this brother.

Nice. But one thing about asian cooking most people get mistaken is that asian cooking uses white pepper in general rather than black pepper unless specified or when its asian fusion cuisine.
Tried this recipe and absolutely loved it. Just added a bit of sesame oil in the sauce as I like it. Definitely a keeper

@@recipe30 your recipes are simple and amazing. I also tried ur fried chicken recipe. And it is awesome. What I do , I make it with ur recipe ...half fry and freeze. And just air Fry whenever needed. I served in a burger, or with mushroom sauce and garlic rice. Or even as it is. Keep rocking

My two only objections, I would not remove the seeds of the chilies, would cook the chicken last, and won't put it on the sauce. I love my chicken spicy and crispy and by putting the chicken back on the sauce you would lose the crispy part of it.
