- Pickle Beets Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
1. 1/2 Cup Pickle Beets
2. 1 Cup Shredded Cabbage
3. 1/2 Cup Shredded Carrots
4. 2 Tablespoons Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing
Mix all ingredients together in glass bowl. ( Pickled beets will stain plastic container). Chill for at least an hour. Can be refrigerated up to three days. Serve cold. - Хобби

That really looks good, Kay. I really like pickled beets. I could open that can, grab a fork, and sit down and eat the whole can of beets. My mother would many times use the beet juice by pouring it over hard cooked eggs. The eggs would take on a light purple color. We raised beats in our garden.
