Coleslaw Southern style

Adding an Awesome Coleslaw to a HOT Summer CookOut is truly a wonderful addition to any BBQ. The Below is One of our favorite's for Pulled Pork sandwiches , On Slaw Dogs or Straight out of the Bowl. Give this a Try on your next cookout!
Ingredients:
1- Whole head cabbage
2- Carrots
1/4 of a large Sweet Onion
1/2 C- Sweet Pickle Relish
1 C- Dukes Mayo
1 Teaspoon Celery Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1/4 C White Sugar
In Food Processer, Grind Cabbage,Carrots and Onion in small batches and add to a Mixing bowl.
NEXT Add -
1/2 C- Sweet Pickle Relish
1 C- Dukes Mayo
1 Teaspoon Celery Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1/4 C White Sugar
Mix well and store in Fridge for 4 hrs until ready to serve
