This one turned out Amazing. Super Quick!!
If you have leftover BBQ you really need to try this for great sandwiches.
Wake up Juice: 3 parts Orange Juice With lots of Pup and 1 part Apple Vinegar and 1 Teaspoon Black pepper. (Optional- add teaspoon of red pepper if you want heat.)

That's a NY Mixto Sandwich, a Cuban is Tampa Bay area invention. 1/2 Italian Panini & 1/2 Cuban Pork & Ham Sandwich, with Salami. Both are100% American.
& Tasty/Crunchy.

The Tampa (Ybor City) Cuban Sandwich was invented around 1906 ish. I don't know if it's fame made it back to Cuba & it became popular there too.
The "Midnight Mixto" is a popular late night Nightclub Snack usually a Hoagie 6"/7"
size for two.
The lunch/dinner Mixto is larger & a meal in itself.
