I think there is a problem . Make sure you are setting the pins correctly on the device so when the device is on you will barely see the actual needles coming in and out of the socket . Its only 1 mm but if its not seated correctly you will get like 2.5 mm when you set the device to 1 mm . Also make sure to apply minimal pressure and do a warmup session of 5 mins all over the targeted area with light pressure and this will get the blood flowing and reduce pain then you can work on specific areas with more time and more tension , if you still feel pain leave the area to another one only to return after few mins as this will decrease pain significantly.

For those of you that use ru58841 and minoxidil, how do you apply it ? Min first and then ru or ru and then min. Not sure if it really matters what the order of application is but just wanted to get peoples thoughts on it
I warm up the foam solution in a glass jar so it liquifies, then I mix 1ml of RU in it and apply immediately. I use the foam solution cos it's less irritation for the scalp. Ignore the guy telling u to refrigerate. That would crystalize the solutions and make them less absorbable topically.
@@Bartholome3101 If you're referring to my comment about refrigeration, it's basic chemistry. Most liquid pharmaceuticals undergo molecular bonding in cold temperatures. This ruins the dispersement in the solution as it's bonding to other molecules of the same structure and isolating itself from the solution. This also means the desired ingredients (Minoxidil/RU58841) develope an increased density making them less absorbable through the skin.

I have read it is best to start with 0.6mm length needle and over time you can increase to 1.5mm.
Can i use 0.5 mm twice aweek
And 1mm once aweek ??
With minoxidil 5% solution???
Or it is better for me to use 1.5 once every 10 days
Which number needles
What if you only use the pen and maybe some hair growth supplements? Would that be enough or does there need to be other things involved to grow hair?
@jojiramirez2739. The RUclipsr perfect hair health may answer that “micro needling for hair loss new insights”
For those of you that use ru58841 and minoxidil, how do you apply it ? Min first and then ru or ru and then min. Not sure if it really matters what the order of application is but just wanted to get peoples thoughts on it
Mix them together and put in the frigde for several hours before using it.

If you're referring to my comment about refrigeration, it's basic chemistry.
Which cartridge (12 pin or 36 pin) are you using?
Oops, you addressed the issue later in the video. Thanks!
have your sides improved from needling?
What’s the best speed to use it on?
the fastest setting
Does anyone have to deal with a lot of dead skin from micro needling? Any tips on getting rid of it without losing growing hair along with it?
That's how it works
i’m trying dr pen and wanna ask how many usage until i change the needle into new one?
thanks for someone who answer 🙏
Everytime like he said.
can you microneedle onto the skin area? e.g. regrow hair that has been lost
Yes
Hi in youre video about vetroprofin you said bodyhairgraft if transplanted into scalp tend to change in some effect to get similar like the other grafts surrounding, do you have any paper or study that confirm this???
If I’m living In Europe, where Can I buy microneedling from Dr. Pen?
www.hairliciously.com/collections/frontpage/products/hairliciously-micro-needling-dr-pen
Ali Express. They all come out of the same factories so just choose a seller with reliable and positive feedback
Great hair!
Can i use minoxidil without consulting a dermatologist
most likely yeah, depends on your country i guess. check a local chemist or order online. minoxidil doesn't mess with your hormones, which is one of the reasons its typically safe and easy to get your hands on
Sorry man, I gave up on this after 3 months. Too early? I'm committed to getting a mild transplant now.
You gave up 3 months too early bro
@@brandon_jo_el I only need 1500 grafts. Can't wait another 6 months w/ no results.
@@decarlocalloway01 Using only a dermaroller gives you a little bit of noticeable results. You need to continue using the dermaroller to see those results. To see them faster add minoxidil or finasteride to it.
do you use any dht blockers like finasteride?
topical dut
@@hairliciously thank you, where do you buy that please?
@@hairliciouslyworthless. The molecule is too big to enter. Maybe wirh regular microneedling it will enter but still
You will turn tour scalp into Fibrosis Disaster
Didn't you have some of your follicles from the side of your scalp removed? Maybe you're not using it in those areas.
Hi been using minoxidil for almost 8month , now I just started derma rolling 2times a week for about 2week and I m experiencing hair shedding. Does derma rolling causes temporary shedding?
From what I've been hearing on people who've been doing this for 1-2+ years, the shedding is normal and after 3-4+ months they started seeing the real results, whereas most of the people who gave up due to the shedding, was always people who only gave it a few weeks to
@@sam9239 hey thanks alot for the info coz there been alot video on minoxidil shedding but not many on microneeding shedding, that why I was worried. Thanks alot sam
Hairline looking strong bro
What size pin cartridge do you use? 12? 24? 42?
12
@@hairliciously thanks!
I was wanting to microneedle but I use topical Dutasteride. Will it go systemic
Yeah pretty sure it does, esp more so with microneedling
@@hairliciously I thought so. Gonna switch it up I went and got my baseline bloodwork done. Everything is in optimal range gonna start at .25mg finasteride 3x a week with minoxidil and microneedle.
Your hair looks great man doesn't seem like you're losing hair
He had 2 hair transplants and uses the dermaroller and minoxidil I think.
Have you considered smp on the retrograde alopecia area?
It’s not gonna look natural
Hi.. how often do you think I should microneedle. 1.5 mm is just about ok for me. I have thinning hair loss and am on Minox/Fin, which has stabilised my hair loss.
Once a week, and dont use minoxidil for 24 hours after you microneedle
Pretty much skip your minoxidil that day because you dont want it to go systemic
Some apply minoxidil at the same time for fast absorption of the solution.
