Growing up in the time of Man U dominance it was nice seeing other teams overtaking them for a while but how the club actually got done over wasn’t really worth that at all. It’s really nice seeing them have a good season and I really hope new owners give the club and the fans the respect that they’ve been denied.

They placed in the top three 8 times since 2009 which is what I think he means, or he may have been mixed up on how many first place titles they have because they’ve got eight of those, but it seems a bit ridiculous to take time out of your day to correct someone on something so minor.

(He slows down as he notices rashford running for it since he's clearly offside) And Walker can't run through a body (Rashford) to get the ball back.

It was a fun game to see the highlights of. Although I’m steadily growing as a fan of the Premiership. But I’m not taking the traditional approach by cheering for three teams this season. Kind of fun to root for a top table team, mid table team, and low table team earlier in the year. Although my low table team has moved to mid table team territory, and I hope they can crack into the top 10 soon.

City have won 6 titles in the last 20 seasons: 2012, 2014, 2018, 2019, 2021 & 2022.
Man Utd have won 6 titles, Chelsea, 5, Arsenal 1, Leicester 1, Liverpool 1.
They are the dominant team while Pep is around but even he can't win it every season and once he goes other teams might get ahead of them again.
I think the days of 1 or 2 teams dominating a 4/5/6 season period are probably going unless one of the Big Clubs gets a special manager and a special squad at the same time.
This could be like the 60's and early 70's when no team won consecutive titles because there were always 4 or 5 excellent teams in contention for most of the season.
