Was a close call! it’s being put right as we speak, once again massive shout out to Dom for coming down and we’ll have him back on when it’s fixed and running sweet ✌🏽

Please explain what you think those rattling noises were before he turned it off. Damaged! That donkey is done, terminal engine damage happens in milliseconds and the end result sounds just like that.

Running that power and driving that style you got to keep a eye on the guages as things can get out of control quick, Also may have had a custom reading on the speedometer such as boost egt etc

Yea badass van....I feel for the man his van went kaput. My dad put rs turbo lump in a escort van with wasp exhaust system and it was rapid...but that van looked bags and bags of fun another great vid Jamie hope ure man gets his van fixed and see it tear up the streets once again.

I have a theory that when Jamie said "I think it was revving to 7k", I reckon when the oil pump pulley failed the engine had less drag on it (due to not having the oil pump connected, slowing it down a bit), and so for a split second it could spin faster than the rev limiter would normally allow
The vans mine mate, When he asked the question i'd already heard a strange noise form the engine so I wasn't paying any attention to the question and was more focussed on what the noise was haha, it does rev to 7k though.
If you watch the video back on that last pull you begin to hear what sounds like a hydraulic lifter knock I could be wrong but deffo starts Sounding dodge before it lost oil pressure it was making a lifter knock I would say from the oil not circulating properly round the engine sick vid as usual bro bless up 👊🔥ps hope you get it sorted bro 👍
I live in Australia and never seen a caddy as tough as that. I hope he gets it running again. If the bolts keep coming undone try lock tight it could stop that problem but that's a cool vw caddy

Proceeds to say multiple numbers and digits and words I've never heard of like, "tell us about the engine" Well, 200 millbit tek 2.5 drop out with aluminium bolt on with the 56 inch point, which I replaced with the 2015 Hi-drive projector, but only the 45 mill because the turbo can't accept the 2011 bore, but I got around that by dropping a forged 32cm diameter piping instrument that I got from china, but then china became a non European supplier so I had to re-register the downpipe to the U.S. using a non binary, 3.6mm envelope and the turbo wasn't even supplied with the shaft so I made one from cardboard, but it needed to be the 300pf type, which I couldn't appropriate so I machined it with my bandtech so it's all good. Me: Ok.
Hello my friend my father repairs oil pumps 2.0 tdi for 100€ cheap price because if your oil pump breaks down the whole module costs around 1500-2000€ + it destoryes your turbine and if you carry on driving it will destory your engine.Send the oil pump to Zagreb and it will get solved no problem

You could see the pain at the end of the video. I know exactly how you feel as 10y ago I had a belt slip on my clip 182 which ruined the engine and needed to be rebuilt which cost ££££. Luckily I decided to buy extended warranty for £200 so was repaired for free but wasn't ever the same and this video brought back memories of my only time I had a serious mechanical failure

Do a balance shaft delete in the pump and get yourself a Vis motorsport balance shaft delete kit including the pulley . you can gain an extra 10 horses out of it too. Well worth it👍🏼
Hector is going to be running 3 Honda Civics with spoon engines. And on top of that he just came into Harry's and he ordered 3 T66 turbos, with NOS, and a Motec system exhaust

Do a balance shaft delete in the pump and get yourself a Vis motorsport balance shaft delete kit including the pulley . you can gain an extra 10 horses out of it too. Well worth it👍🏼
