Custom Shaped Letterpress Business Card with Metallic Foil

Welcome back to another behind the scenes video where we feature the making of these custom shape business cards! These cards feature 3 spot colors, a hit of foil, and a custom die cut shape that looks just like a real butcher knife! This video will show you how we set up our platen press for letterpress printing, mix our inks, cut down our sheets of paper, lock up our foil dies, and die cut the final product.
The combination of muted grey inks, and cool grey Colorplan paper stock help give this design depth and character like no business card you've seen before. The intricate details in the design are reproduced beautifully with spot color printing, and the embellishment of metallic silver foil.
