Palacio de Los Patos and Jade Park are likely the most luxurious apartments in Asuncion; there are other very nice new apartment buildings on Avenida Santa Teresa as well, next to Paseo de La Galeria,

I always find the architecture and use of space in so many places around the world comes up far short of what it could be. It seems like a better design would add a handful of percent to the construction costs, with the payoff that the end result is so much more usable and appealing. Where I currently live (Canada), you can see the evolution in condos. Those built 40 years ago are a series of square rooms with standard small windows. As time rolls forward from there, while the overall size shrinks, the use of the space and the use of windows creates a much more compelling space.

I like these kinds of videos! Can you show more apartments and houses like this from different price ranges?

Not bad! 4k USD gets you about 60 sq meters in Singapore in very average condition..

Are there any 2-bedroom apartments in that building? If so, what is the cost per month?
