I looked up the prices for those places, and I would rather build a house for the price that they want, but i understand why someone would want to live there. Its a very nice area of Asuncion. Certainly not the cheapest; building a house might make more sense to many people.

It depends on lease length and building. Fully furnished studios go for $500 - $700+
