I didn't notice anything wrong with the audio, if you had the AC blasting, it wasn't noticeable to me (of course, I had my AC blasting while watching this, so if it was something else I didn't notice either lol). Also you give better reactions when you are comfortable! I live in Texas I know how horrible the heat can be.
It's amazing the writers manage to build jeopardy and tension for characters we know are alive years later. Great show Pretty much everything will be revealed eventually dont worry
Yeah it will be extremely difficult to guess where the show goes. It will misdiirect you, use smokescreens, long cons and all kinds. You might guess the odd thing but really just enjoy the reveals when they come... which they will. Really looking forward to enjoying this with you again
@EssenSlug I mean... Its not like what they said is a huge spoiler or anything. I hate how BB/BCS fans always cant stop themselves from spoiling anything or ruining huge moments, but this isnt really a spoiler per say.
@@chaotix7275 Personally I actually think this kind of spoiling is worse, because if I get a direct spoiler then oh well, now I know that, but if I get these kinds of spoilers I will get paranoid looking for the answer, because I've pretty much been told to look for the answer. Any observant viewer will have their experience ruined by being told what to look for while watching the show
I don't remember you guys blurring it in small screen and big screen in the videos so much before I can't even see anything happening for most of the time what's up with that? It feels like its getting blurred more often now.
Its a bit different because Jimmy already comes from a life of crime and taking the easy way out. He is now trying his best to play it straight and by the book as a responsible lawyer (the reasoning for which being first alluded to in this episode flashback) but keeps falling short and being held back from success. Doing things by the book and following the system is bringing him nothing besides struggle and failure and simulataneously he has the temptation constantly being dangled in front of him of going back to his "Slippin Jimmy" ways and doing things the wrong/illegal way. Theres much more inner conflict for Jimmy. Walt on the other hand did things the "right" way his entire life and (as we find out because of his own fault with the Grey Matter/Gretchen situation) ended up with a boring, dead end life and being an under achiever (and being seen that way by everyone). The cancer diagnosis made him want to feel excitement and feel alive at the end so he was very eager to get involved in crime and stand up for himself in ways he never really had before. There was no real hesitation for a lot of his choices because he thought he would be dead soon.
Glad the health issues resolved. Nothing worse than being under the weather. I definitely had to check and make sure I hadn't accidentally missed a video. Lol.
No worries everyone has been getting sick this summer with strep or Covid, its crazy I have never in my 42 years of life been sick in the summer but this summer twice! And other RUclipsrs have been saying they are sick too
Kailyn, if you ever decide to become a writer, Im there for it. Excellent call on the 'did it themselves'. Excellent reaction as usual. A note if I may, and I realize im not paying to be here, but when the clips of the episode are in the little box at the bottom center of frame, it's constantly blurred, and I understand why, but after a while it gets a little uncomfortable for the eyes. Again, just throwing it out there! Cant wait for the next ep's reaction!
This show is its own thing.. while it shares some tone and characters.... its not trying to one up Breaking Bad. Think of it as more of a bookend or companion piece. And yeah, its not *quite* as dark... yet. But...ya know, wait a while. ;) one thing you may notice going forward.. they really upped their cinematography game. Youll really start to notice it soon. Its more "cinematic"... which fits Jimmy because hes a movie buff.
He told Walt he caught his second wife screwing his stepdad. I dont think that was a real anecdote though I think he was just saying it half as a joke and half because he was trying to downplay it as not a big deal so he wouldnt dwell on his relationship problems and start cooking instead.
@@jxsh03 yea ok his second wife, so we don't know if that really happened or if he was just lying to make a point to Walt to take his relationship problems lighter?
Seems like Saul is really trying to stay on the straight and narrow to prove something to his brother, and also to Kim to a much lesser extent as she actually likes him. So he isn't as willing to go to the dark side as Walt. Even in Breaking Bad he was a lawyer first, and criminal second when he needed to be. The tone is much lighter for that reason because he's trying to do the good thing in these episodes. Slipping Jimmy's past has him conflicted so this seems much more character driven and a slower burn.
When you start apologizing on youtube for the video interpolations has become a red flag for things to come. Another youtuber who currently makes recipe videos one day apologized for her delay in videos until she later regrettably announced she and her husband got a divorce. Another survivalist female youtuber did the same thing and later announced she had a stalker and had to involve the police. Another couple started making reactions videos together and had good videos for Breaking Bad reactions. They never finished the Breaking Bad series because their videos just stopped. No other videos were ever uploaded to that channel. A couple started a channel about van live and logged many videos together until she one day started to make the videos on her own and later announced he broke up with her and move away. Then there is the now infamous Gabby Petito case that started out on youtube and ended up on the news after she disappeared.
Please Please Please, you have to re-watch Breaking Bad S2E8 "Better Call Saul", and listen every word carefully. Every detail in that episode is important for this show, including his name drop, but the name is the least important out of those

we haven't had any time to play it 😅 it's been a packed summer, and specifically an intense july with us getting injured and sick and then out of town. next episode is coming this week
@@nerdymarriedcouple that’s understandable lol. it just gets annoying when youtubers hide their content behind a paywall for weeks so i figured that’s what was happening
had some trouble with the audio on this one. our apologies folks! hope you have fun, thanks as always for watching 🙂

Jimmy came from a life of crime. He just didn't want to be involved in stealing 1.6 million dollars with a gangster.
Especially with a gangster whose friend is a psychopath.
Kailyn with the big brain predictions again 👍
Edit: To be fair to Eric, he got the camping part right. So thumbs up to both of you. ;)
haha thanks!
Michael Mando (Nacho) is a A tier actor so underrated I wish he was in more shows, his performance throughout the series is top notch
100% agree. He was amazing.
You guys are too smart 😅😅
Very little gets past you.
You read Tea Leaves very well.
It makes the moments of true surprise that much more fun
haha we're having a great time!
It's amazing the writers manage to build jeopardy and tension for characters we know are alive years later.
Great show
Pretty much everything will be revealed eventually dont worry
There's many weird things to learn about in this show, from a Chicago Sunroof to a Squat Cobbler. You will soon be educated, my friends.
Hell, stick around long enough and you might even learn a handy life hack on how keep a shaken soda can from exploding in your face when you open it.
You are a genius Kailyn, you nailed again, I miss you guys, I love your reactions.
I forgot how quick this show goes forward.
So, the lesson here is always listen to Kailyn.
hahaha 😂

The coloring looks SO much better with this lighting, as opposed to the green lights you had on in the background before.
different themes! the green was for breaking bad's main coloring haha
I love Nacho Libre, seriously underrated movie!
very much agree!!
Ahhhhh!!!! These uploads can’t come fast enough!
they are starting up again 👍
Gus is featured on the BCS promo images on Netflix so ... I guess lots of people get spoiled lol.
Kailyn's batting 1.000
Everytime i see a new upload from you guys, it makes me happy! Greetings from Sweden :)
SLOW burn, welcome back!!!
"i have bad knees" :D
Ahhh! I’m in Charlotte and the heat wave has been murder here. Just like a sauna 24/7.
The "Chicago Sunroof" meaning will be revealed. Be patient for that one :)

Consider this is takes place in 2002, so you'll see more pay phones and answering machines than you're used to
