I am kind of like you. I run 4 of these for 4 months. Last year I did the pro plan. With 4 cams that came out to $59 per month or $236 for the season. I didn't nearly need the unlimited pics and 50 videos for the public land I hunt. That plan would be good for a feeder or food plot. This year I am doing the $10 per month per camera plan. With 4 cams it will be $160 for the season, a $76 savings over the pro plan. I am tempted to add a 5th cam as I have a discount coupon for the new Moultrie edge pro. If I do that I am still better off with the $10 a month plan, 10*5*4 = $200 for the season. The one thing I know is that these camera companies are making a killing off of these data plans!

Thanks for the info, very informative, I thought about the $16.99 for 2 cameras but like you said, a 1000 pics is a lot. A friend and I have just bought the twin pack and plan to split the bill, but my question is can it be done with using 2 different cell phones?
You welcome for info. Glad it helped two separate cameras yes can be used with different phone. But I don’t know everything but I can’t think of a way two phones can operate two cameras I don’t think images can be sent to two separate phones from one camera
@@SonyaDelley I wouldn’t see why not but it’s not gonna give you 24 hours surveillance. It’s just gonna trigger when something walks by and then you could get a high-quality video of it if desired.
I ran 2 Edge cell cams all of last year. I never once went over a 1000 pics with either cameras. If i would of gotten close i would of just set the camera from every 30 seconds to ever 60 seconds. It sure could be a spendy monthly bill if you have 6 or more of these. Im setting my limit to 4 of these Edges and will cancel my subscription after Late season bow hunting!

I bought a camera by this brand before not knowing there was a hidden paywall just to even use it so dumb and a waste of money. I dont have a job anymore nor can even use this hunk of junk
The monthly plan is outrageous for guys that hunt public, or places where baiting isn’t allowed. I might get a bachelor group pass 3 times a week x2 a day. 10.00 is absolutely garbage for 1000 pics. Tacticam is 250 pics for$5. I have never gone over 250 pics on any of those cameras.

You have share the cameras and that allow each to be able modify cameras...

It will work on as many cams as you want. This 16.99 is for each cam added Monthly
Can I stop and start the subscription at any time?

Sorry for your experience but its not really hidden. Which cam you have i ve found that most of newer models work well
