I bought one quite a few years back. It came with a laser sight already attached. It's a perfect pocket pistol when carrying concealed is a must. No printing in the pocket. With the right ammunition it's pretty viable too. Thanks for sharing your stories about your father. that alone makes that pistol priceless.👍
Thank you Bryan for a nice video..i lost my Father in August of 2019. I aquired him a Walther PP .380 with a leather military officer's holster with spare magazine pouch. He was a 2nd Lt. In the Turkish Army before he immigrated to America. I'm 1st generation on his side here in the good old U.S.A.. Unfortunately mom made him get rid of it..beautiful collector's specimen. Stay safe.
They just came out with the new bodyguard 2.0 380 it comes with a 10 and 12 round clip it I bought it last Friday so I haven’t shot it yet but it’s supposed to eliminate all the issues that pistol has plus it’s striker fired and has a much better trigger and a full grip
@jamieluvsknives3912 I just saw that new version. It's looks like a vast Improvement over the model I own. I can say even the older model is a quality firearm. I've put hundreds possibly thousands of rounds through it and only had 2 malfunctions (stovepiped)so I can recommend it to anyone that wants a really small pocket carry pistol.
This is a great shooter for me up to 5-6 yards, but i have small yet strong hands. I agree that the trigger is heavy, but if your whole hand fits in with the extended mag, its fairly solid. Agree the sights are lacking. Disassembly and reassembly definitely has a small learning curve but it's just the fiddly pin.
I own and have mixed feelings about this gun. It is extremely inaccurate. I can shoot the same ammo with my Ruger LCP without any issues with accuracy. I feel like I have to aim very high with the bodyguard. I do enjoy the feel and features of the gun, but I don't target with it at all. It is a 10 feet or less gun.

Very under rated. The single stack means the feed has much less friction the magazine spring lasts nearly forever.
Plus it’s fun to shoot.

One of my dream pistol when i was a kid was the Khar 9mm but we dont have them here in sweden. Can you shoot and test one of them?
