- A few months ago, I started getting interested in carrying pocket pistols as a way to comfortably and conveniently carry.
Sometimes, I don’t want to strap something on or carry off-body with a pack. Sometimes, I don’t want to worry about what I’m wearing. Sometimes, I just want to slip something into a pocket.
Enter these four guns. I shot and carried these four pocket pistols, compared them, and have some thoughts to share with you today.
LCP Max is going to be hard to beat.
The only problem I had with mine was the magazine ejecting when in my pocket. Tried a heaver spring , but still ejected. I then took a Dremel and shaved the button down almost level with the frame. That worked and now I trust the gun when carrying not to become useless. Button still works easily, but fast reloads aren't what this gun is about.
I have 2 pocket pistols. An NAA revolver in 22 mag and a Bauer 25 in 25 auto. I really like the Bauer. It's a Colt Vest Pocket clone built in the 50's or 60's. I got it as a "gun smith special" and rebuilt it as my 1st project gun. I even got a supressor kit for it. I don't have a supressor yet but raw, it's quiet enough that I don't need hearing protection. (Though I still use it). The NAA isn't bad either. I got the folding grip holster for it and that helped a lot with accuracy. They also make laser grips for the NAAs if you want even better aiming capacity.
I carry a Kimber micro 380 custom shop, which is a clone of the P238 but slightly slimmer. A wonderful pocket pistol
Sig P238 for the win!!!! 🎖🏆🏅🎉🥇
LCP Max #1🇺🇸
Hello!!! Not a 007 piece amongst them! 005 maybe or evan 005 and a half. Sorry hopefully a part 2. Cheers
No NAA Guardian or Seecamp 😪
SIG P238 Scorpion love baby 1911
Lcp max is king
Bond Arms Bullpup 9 has entered the chat; however it is 9mm
Enjoy your extra weight, most of us had a metal 380 and got the LCP Max. I could probably find a plastic gun in 9mm that weights about same as a metal 380😂
The AMT is very heavy and has a very heavy trigger. It was annoying to carry.
The Sig P365 in .380. I carry it over my LCP Max and Sig P238.
I bet the 365 in .380 shoots sweet! I like it in 9, it's probably surgical in 380.
@@bennybubblez6834 Yes it is amazing. Obviously bigger than the LCP Max but so much more controllable. You can get back on target after shots lightning fast. You can practice all you want with it at the range and it won't feel like you slammed your hand in a car door like after shooting the LCP.
