Thanks for having me again! I definitely need to start practicing throwing tables before our next competition. The third time will be the charm for me!
You're the man!
Noice.
Just admit it Houston, you were letting Scott win. You have to boost his ego a bit, seeing as he almost bit the big one to a rifle what wouldn't even think of blowing up on you. And even if it did, it wouldn't even pierce your skin.
Your slipping letting a mere mortal man throw better than you the world's strongest man disappointed 😂🤣😉 lol you will get him H Jones
The intro was actually funny. Big ups mate
That 500 magnum headshot was some of the very best slow motion film you've ever captured.
That was some crazy stuff... EVERYTHING came apart and went back together but you know that was critical. And any of the followup shots. Just... WOW! 😱 The blue is what's missing afterwards
I felt bad for that skull the second it exploded. What a mess that would have been. Wow.
I watched that 15 times at .25x speed. Incredible
Yeah, a real deal wouldn't spring back like that.

LETS GOOOOOO!
Thanks Scott!

But of course!! Wouldn't be here otherwise brother!!
The .500 slow mo footage was unbelievable. The first shot to the skull, which turned it into skull bits, was amazing!
That's a noggin' soup tutorial if i've ever seen one
And that was a shot to the side of the head, if it had been like right between the eyes it would probably remove the head!
I liked the shot to the stomach after it fell over. Guts everywhere!
My wife was in my office while I was watching, she turned around to see the slow-mo skull shot .... "Well, that's disturbing"
@@JustKados i mean, fair enough
The zombie man crawling in the skit 😂
Informative video. As a retired police investigator, I have seen first-hand where the little .22 LR has accounted for a lot of homicides. Bigger is better for terminal effect, but the trade-off is always a compromise of size, power an the ability to shoot it well. As demonstrated by Houston, the biggest, baddest gun in the world won't do you any good if you can't hit your target with it. That's why most police agencies have gone back to the 9mm as a service weapon for on and off-duty carry. Keep up the video demos!
That zero flinch was unbelievably impressive.
☝bot☝
It truly was. No way I would be able to do the same with that gun :D
I would have literally fallen over
Yeah it was!
I know. I flinch every time on video with a 9? 😂. I’ve learned to not let it affect accuracy but it’s pretty damn embarrassing? I can hit 25 yards at 1/3 splits but it is flat out embarrassing to watch? Lol.
When he started crawling after Scott screaming got me laughing so hard man! 🤣
You’re intros just reached a new level with the green screen lower torso erasing Scott!!!
Bruh that screaming torso chasing u at the beginning is so stupid. I love it, don't ever stop😂🤣🤣🤣
"I don't care if you're Eddie Hall!"
That sounds like a challenge. We now *need* a collab! 😁👍🏻
The screaming and flipping the table caught me off guard 😂😂
. . .he seems do that alot 😋
I had switched to heaphones just before that happened. My ears are ringing harder than shooting a 30.06 without ear protection.

Great job capturing the .500 mag footage. Definitely some of the best video you have captured!

That 500 magnum "pocket pistol" segment was EPIC!
I read "pocket pistol", and I started wondering how big a pocket are we talking about.
That was a 9 mil

Give me a sledge hammer and an hour beating on the zombie and I couldn't do nearly as much damage as that round to the head. Absolutely devastating!

second. almost bothers me how cool it was XD
That was amazing
Just goes to show how tough of a round that is. Damn near blow your head off type round
imagine being shot in the head with a 500 magnum

thanks for the laughs man. love your vids
That zero flinch is the most impressive thing I’ve seen 🤩
And with a 45-70 derringer. I would have flinched so hard I probably would have fallen over.
My flinch will be so big that I've gone ahead and started it now in preparation for the eventual possibility that I may shoot that gun someday.
Bards would long recant the tale of "The Tremendous Flinch," and how, after its birth at the moment of my shooting that pistol, it went on to do deeds both great, and TERRIBLE.

That was a great video
So I am late to seeing this video and only a few moments in like 2:40 and the slow mo on the .22 short and seeing the wasp fly by was so cool. Great video as always and love the table toss. Keep them coming. Love the channel.
I expected the .22 Short with its soft lead bullet to be pretty weak, but that .25 ACP bullet flattening out on the sternum really took the cake.
.22 mag *pop* houston:"i missed"
Yeah 25 acp is pretty bad. Rimfire has come a long way in reliability, much more powerful 22s out there than 25s.
In addition to that... your bones are actually soft, and flexible... so in a real body it would have gone through the sternum..
@@jameskirk3 not to say you are completely wrong but out of a short barrel 25 is more powerful then a 22lr. Google ballistics by the inch.
@@t-bfr45-70 no he is completely right. .25acp produces about 85j of energy and .22lr can produce up to 220j on short barrels with the right ammo

I like some of your opening skits. There're funny!!
The amount of anxiety I felt from you standing that close with the guns was only offset by how hilarious the guns were.
My grandfather was deployed to France during ww2, he had a 25 auto that he had taken from a German officer. He loved to tell stories about his unit playing with it, one of his buddies caught a bullet fired from it in a catcher's mitt. No damage to the leather.
That's really really cool! My grandfather was British army and he carried the enfield mark 3... needless to say a much bigger gun

the 22 mag is highly underrated, I love that round. Great as a little rifle round that packs a decent punch
.22 mag are serious in a rifle, but you shorten that burn time has a way of stealing the speed it needs.
agreed. out of a rifle that little round is zooming around 2000fps not as crazy as 22 hornet, but it's still to be taken seriously.
Yeah, 100%, I hear it's extremely good in a 2 inch barrel revolver, perfect for someone who doesn't have the wrist strength for a more powerful round like 38 special.
Kel Tec CMR-30 is a really cool .22 mag carbine

That slow motion headshot was amazing! I had to share the clip of the .25 acp to my mom to show that's it's not very effective. Thanks guys
.25 ACP would still leave you breathless for a few seconds at least (if you would actually hit so unfortunately) and that Tanfoglio has more than one round in the mag...those things are not really meant to do much damage...more like buy you time to GTFO 😆 My Tezet is just horribly inaccurate, so chances are, at least a few will hit softer areas...buying more time.

Bruh! The no flinch on the 45-70 was the most impressive part of the video! That is some rock solid, superb mental and physical training right there! That's something to be proud of... and a story to tell the grand children one day!
I was expecting you to pull out the 45-70 for a sneaky ending, so when you took it out during the main course I knew we were in for a ride. This was a fun one!

BRUTAL KENTUCKY BALLISTICS! RIP!...AND TEAR!
The .25acp was the most surprising. I carried one for years when I was younger and never realized how weak they really are. The chest bone (manubrium) not only stopped it cold but flattened it too.
it'd probably be a lot like getting punched hard in the chest, minus all the follow through of a real punch
I carry a Baby Browning for quick trips to the gas station and sitting around the house. Think I'll be trading it in.
Don't think I trust ballistic dummies, trust ballistic gel with animal bone in it, but a bit scary if you don't see your .25 ACP being reliable or not
One of the few people I know that have been shot and survived was shot by 1 of 2 guys trying to rob him with a .25.
It hit him in the hip and he still proceeded to beat both of their asses bare knuckle lol.
@@redneck7929 just means you have to know to dump the mag.. not really much else .25 needs to be FMJ for penetration

That first revolver is currently sitting in the bottom of my safe. I was my granddads old pocket pistol that I found in a shoe box at the bottom of his closet when he passed, right next to his colt single action army.

22 LR can be quite lethal; though like any round shot placement is important. As a LEO I was surprised to find out there are still quite a few departments that have 22 LRs in the inventory. Regardless of the lethality of 1 round of 22 LR the near zero recoil allows a lot of rounds to be brought onto a target and 22 LR can even defeat an NIJ 101.4 level 3A ballistic vest, though it took a few rounds to get through.
For what purpose would they maintain that in inventory?
@@bower31: It’s not about maintaining as much as not getting rid of things. In the government, at least some of them, it can be very hard to get rid of things as you typically have to arrange a public auction and then you’re limited on what you can sell because even law enforcement agencies, in most areas, cannot auction or sell firearms. And not all auctioneers for public unctions hold FFLs so it can just be easier to keep firearms in the inventory then to get rid of them; they also do t have much of a cost to keep, relative to buying new. Which is why there are still Thompson machine guns from the 1930s in some departments inventories. Not on the same side as firearms but this is also why some systems like teletype are still around and why some departments still have systems running Windows XP because they simply haven’t replaced their old breath analyzers and the old once still run on XP. It’s security through antiquity.
So simply there isn’t much cost to maintain things other than a cleaning and oil so most departments just keep firearms for a long long time as they don’t go bad, if oiled, so there simply isn’t a need to replace them, at least the older ones. The newer ones tend to get cycled out as they just weren’t/aren’t built the same or as well, though a Glock will probably last as long. You can find some departments that still have inventory with mid-1800s lever actions as I’m addition to not just throwing things away there is also some tradition and history there to preserve so some departments, like the NYPD actually have their own museum.
I still have a black, powder colt army that I take out and shoot from time to time and at over 150 years old it’s still going strong. The notion of planned obsolescence and things getting too old to use is rather new so holding on to older things, that still work, isn’t exactly a waste of inventory. Hell the USAF still operates B-52s with some fathers and sons actually having commended the same plane and plans to keep them for decades to come, giving them an operational life of over 100 years.
