Still can’t believe how close we came to losing this gem of a human being. Glad you are still with us.

Every time Scott says "pocket pistol", an angel gets his wings.
no every time he says it an angel gets its milkor rotary grenade launcher! if god had a hand gun, it would be the milkor!!!!!!!
I was taking a shot every time he said it. I'm on my way to the er now.
Every time an angel gets it's wings Scott buys ten pistols.then promptly blows up five of them.

Boston Basher? Pretty Boy's Pocket Pistol? The Shortstop? Is this some kind of TF2 episode?

Yeah he has a great sense of humor with them. Just silly stuff.
Appreciate how conscious Scott was to keep the barrel pointed well away from the camera person.
He knows perfect gun safety 👍
I think the camera guy is his Dad. Who, aside from being his dad, saved his life when he had his accident.
My father taught me to treat a gun like it’s loaded no matter what. Even if you know for a fact that it’s not. It becomes muscle memory, basically.

Scott needs to open his heart to the pepperbox. That Derringer Pepperbox was a thing of beauty.
I was really surprised to see a modern pepperbox. This one at least seems better built than the ones made in the 1800s.
@@KamenRiderGumo one id like to see it with a more SAA style grip
Hey for real, 4 shots of .357 really ain't too bad for a backup gun.

I love that Scott has actually stumbled across Scout's Shortstop from Team Fortress 2, which was modelled largely after the COP .357, albeit the .410 shotgun version; albeit with some input from the Remington 4-shot.
I know right
it can't have been a total coincidence that he got that one

Funni mid range peppergun with shove haha
thats literally the first thing i thought when i saw the thumbnail
11:55 Scott is no longer Scott, he is now Scout
I have used a ducktown peppergun and I don't think there isn't a derringer that they don't make that isn't infused with sketch in it. That long derringer barrel actually gave him + velocity but - accuracy.
Edit: The peppergun I used is the same one in this video. Maybe an older model, but basically the same 5 round cylinder on a derringer handle.
Which one was your favorite?!? I hope you enjoyed the video and thanks for watching!
hi scott
Always love your videos! Educational and funny at the same time
Hey Scott!
Great intro
Ello Scott
12:02 nah brotha done took scouts primary he done stole the shortstop
nobody can tell me that the cup pocket pistol isnt just the shortstop from tf2
19:42 I love how it shoots the empty shell out.
I just love the fact that even after his terrible accident with that 50 Cal Scott is still doing what he enjoys. He’s not letting that one event dictate how he does things. Likely because he pretty much knows that it’s not really, and if your weapon will fail on you, it’s a win. And while yes, he was very close to losing his wife. I think that just made him appreciate life more.
Keep doing what you’re doing Scott it’s always fun watching you.
😢😢😢
What happened to him?
@@dfnxINC I think it was last year. He was using a single shot 50 caliber rifle that is actually developed by pretty well-known gunsmith, although the name doesn’t really come to my mind at the moment. AnyWho, how do you use it? Is you slip the cartridge into the weapon and then using a thing that’s like the endcap for a pipe he places it over the back of the breach. Well, Scott was using some very hot loaded ammo and unfortunately the gun exploded right in his face and actually sent a piece of shrapnel into his lungs and sliced open his neck. He very nearly was killed.
Just look up the video my 50 CAL exploded
Just watched the video, it's truly shocking (and a bit disgusting). I'm impressed he still is making videos about find. That's great.
He's also made a lot of jokes about the 50 cal accident.
Ah, Scott is just Scott)
Shotgun never disappoints. That bird shot at that range is no joke.
A 410 bird shot from a short tube would be a fight stopper for sure. Definitely bad for the eyes.
Reminds me, I need to get some large diameter, steel shot for "home defense".
@@comfortablynumb9342 probably make him so angry after he kills you and finds out you tore his favorite sweater.
@My Dixie Wrecked🔨 I keep a side-by-side coach gun loaded with birdshot as my primary home defense gun.
@GunGirl1997 Any birdshot large enough to go through 3/4 inch plywood will go deep enough in flesh.
Only Scott would call a 12 gauge a pocket pistol
so true😂😂😂
Very entertaining vids these but also to the point and informative, this gentleman gets through a lot of rounds and tests in his vids with minimal buildup / hype. All killer no filler!
The shockwave through that torso is terrifying on those shotgun rounds
I love how you can see the muzzle flash from the 12 gauge reflected on the zombie before the projectile hits.
“If Peter Piper could pack a pile of pocket pistols. How many pocket pistols would Peter Piper pack? Pocket pistol!” 😂😂😂
A pair of pocket pistols per pocket.
Personal opinion is 410 is amazing for home defense. I have one placed for my mother in her home and for my wife and 3 teenage sons in my home. I use a . 40cal pistol but I have tons of practice and am confident in how I can handle my 40. While for my wife mom and kids I have them set with buck shot and a 410 making it clear point and shoot at the center of the threats body.
Cool? You shoot a lot?
That 7.62x39 to the head was...impressive!
12:25 the time Scott turned into scout.
1:11 I ran out of friends already
The gauge was definitely the best. Thanks Scott. Awesome show brotha👊

I like that Scott practices safety no matter what and never points a gun directly down stream at the camera lens. Sure directly at the lens is a cool shot, but explain that to his wife after an accidental discharge. Much respect!

My dad had the COP .357 Derringer since I was young and always liked it with the four barrels. So it holds some sentimental to me. I was excited to see it in the thumb nail!
If manufacturers weren't so strapped with government contracts and consumer madness in the recent half decade, it'd be fun to see stuff like this come back, with quality steel and a bit more thought.
I'm going to say it: The Road Warrior is definitely my favourite pocket pistol out of the rest. For a few reasons.
1. It's literally a double barrel shotgun.
2. It really gives off that badass Mad Max vibes.
3. Bouncy shells.
4. The absolute power the gun has.
5. The name. The name sounds like something Mad Max would name his sawed-off shotgun.
The name sounds like something Mad Max would name everything
Scott, thank you so much for my safety and everyone else’s safety about guns
Hot tip for when your shooting ballistic gelatin in the future, bring a powerful adjustable flashlight and hold it against the gelatin at different angles/power to find hidden details about what happened inside. Thank you for all the awesome entertainment : )
Scott, I’ve been watching for years and a while ago I posted “Bring back the Tactical T-Rex” and a few episodes later there he was! It’s amazing to have a creator with such a large community still look at our suggestions. Loving the new stuff man!
I love my .25 Astra CUB pocket pistol. I carry it everywhere I go.
The 4 barreled pistol at 11:55-14:03 is literally just the shortstop from tf2.
It's funny that last night, my wife and I decided to try out the movie, Bad Boys, for the first time, and the 357 COP Derringer was used by the main villain in the film. My wife and I were amazed and had to immediately dive into more research behind that pistol just because of how odd it looked. Thanks, Scott, for shedding more light on this pistol.
It also appears in a scene in 21 jump street
I lived in Alaska in the 80s and was a musician and kept a COP 357 in the back of my combo amp at gigs because it was pretty rough up there back then.It was surprisingly accurate, and super fun to shoot.
It's basically a pistol version of a Liberator shotgun. Same quad barrel design and firing/rotating mechanism. That shotgun has an interesting history itself, made for much the same reason as the Liberator pistol.
Its first appearance was in Blade Runner. It fit right in with the futuristic theme.
Also was in The Return of the Man from U.N.C.L.E.: The Fifteen Years Later Affair.
I'd love to see the Colt Junior on this channel! My grandfather had one as a detective, and it apparently saved his life once
A determination that is incorruptible from the other side.. A terror to behold!
He says pocket pistol so much I already ran out of friends in the first 10 mins.😂
That intro was so funny as always. Some of those pocket pistols look really interesting, especially the ones that take rifle rounds. Those fireballs were insane. That one pocket pistol's design looks like it was inspired by the old flint lock pistols.
Yep.
i was still laughing from the intro and misheard “pocket pistols” as “pocket p*ssies” 😅. funny story, when i was a kid my friend’s dog found some old “pocket p*ssy” and instead of being really grossed out, he brought it to school and it ended up getting confiscated by the principal…. who then kept in his desk for some reason… only know that last bit cuz he got suspended and when his mom was called in to talk about it, she asked to see it to verify what she had been told and he (apparently somewhat sheepishly) pulled it out of his desk drawer 🤨😂🤢.
man that’s a weird memory 😂. can’t believe i still remember all that 🤷♂️
Lol that intro was hilarious, I thought it was gonna be another collaboration with Demolition Ranch or AK Guy or something.
I love how much your channel has grown Scott very well deserved sir keep up your great work mate
I like the pocket pistols because its truly for a situation to get somebody to back off because most people run when they get hurt and this would be perfect for that imo
Always a great day when Kentucky uploads
16:10 - The AK Guy will remember that
"Aaah good as new" 😂😂😂😂
Plus Scott seems like he would be an awesome father.
my ducktown 45/410 is a side by side double barrel and will fire 3in mag.shells and cdi 45 at 1840ft per, had it for 30 years ,run 5-6 hundred rds thru it it will stop anything within 10ft . for what it is u cant beat it . great gun for crawlspace work .
The sequel I didn’t realise I needed… thanks, Scott!!
Maybe there will be a trilogy...

I'd love to see you fire some Black Powder guns and get your opinion on them. The old Muzzleloading guns, both rifle and handguns can be a lot of fun to shoot.
Absolutely loved that Peter Piper rhyme 💪😎🤙
16:59 "This thing does not kick" but boy does it pack a punch. Missed opportunity there, Scott. 🤣
Damn, those pocket pistols looked bigger than most concealed carry handguns.
They had bigger pockets back in the day 😂
But seriously, just get some cargo pants!
Hey Scott, got a weird request for you. I would like to see you do something with a ruger max 380. I suffered a bad shoulder injury at work in June of 21. I've had two major surgical procedures done since then. Getting ready for a third. I would like to see what that 380 would do on this target. Mainly because it's been my carry gun since my injury. My dominant arm is useless so I carry the max in my front left pocket. Love your videos brother.
Feel better brother
Hope you get well man, the damage to your body will continue to heal throughout your life I hope things go well for you.
Could just abriv. Pocket pistols dontcha know.
I think he used one in the first pocket pistol video
Excellent video! Surprised at some of the sketchy offerings available!!!
Great time! Much love from the Virgin Islands!
Pocket AK was nuts, but those multi barrel units are always fun to look at. Great video!
The rifle rounds guns should be called "Pocket Rockets'" 🤣😂🤣😂
18:29 I can’t stop watching how the shell perfectly flies out
I personally have every single weapon you’ve ever had on this entire channel
Ill bet if you had put a layer of bathroom or floor tile on the bottom (which will become the front and a dense rubber pad or foam next ,and then the glass and resin you'd be stopping any common round you want at least on a fresh spot. If you wanted to get really nuts, you could try using the sheets of glass fibers and setting them at 90° to each other like ply-wood, with sheets of polycarbonate every third layer, and tile on the front. The hard outer face should shatter the bullet into small bits and spread them out a bit so that the tough insides can then catch them.
1:04 Joke on you , i dont have friend to text him 🙃
I’m not sure Scott said “pocket pistol” enough.😂
Yeah that is right 😂💔💔
Pray for Syria ✌❤
He coulda had tons of fun by shortening it to "pp" 😂
This is educational and satisying at the same time
I have one of the lienad ductown 410-45 like the first one you shot. I absolutely love this fun and it's damn reliable!
12:12 shortstop for tf2😩
That third Deringer is a Pepperbox Pocket Pistol!
Also, I love that you can laugh at your own misfortune. Just glad you're still around to laugh at yourself, Scott!
the last video had a .22cal one! :D
Pepperboxes are my favourite type of firearm, we don't see nearly enough of them in media for how cool they look (shoutout to Vox Machina)
Mark & Christy
I once had a pepperbox pistol!
It was chambered in 20mm and it was my go - to for African hunting of wild game!
I've always wanted to fire a pepperbox, I might need to find one of those derringers! Not the most effective handgun, but plenty of fun.
I thought that's where he was going with the alliteration.
12:47 gotta love the shortstop, Scott forgot to use the shove though
I think my favorite was the 4-shot COP pistol. It's compact, effective, and has four shots.
Man, I loved the whole vid. The only (very slight) disappointment was not rapid firing .410 buck out of the pepperbox.
Man even when Scott misses he’s accurate.
I feel for him, my Khar has so much drop I have to aim above the paper to hit center at 20 yards. Also the magazines are janky as hell but hey it goes pew... Until it misfeeds, which it does often.
Pretty boi’s pocket pistol:
Love me some road warrior. Double barrel shottys are my second most favorite gun ever.
It’s more fun if you take a drink every time he says “Pocket Pistol”.
The C.O.P. was also used as a neat prop in the original Bladerunner film. Leon uses it at the beginning of the movie to shoot Holden.
Shortstop go brrrrrr
That 45. Colt from the long derringer was MOVINGGGGG. It was on a freakin mission dude.
scott ,awesome to see you running on all cylinders ,peace an love from scotland stu.
7:50 Ballistic dummy thanks Kentucky Ballistics for freeing him from his eternal torment.
My personal favorite in ur pocket pistol video was the 22 long 45 colt ducktown combo, I like the old west style to the weapon and surprisingly accurate
my fav is the 4 barrel pistol this thing was sick
but the slug shot went crazy
"Look at the little baby"
*Pulls out 50 cal. *
I'm impressed by the rifle caliber derringers, didn't think they'd do well with such a short barrel! As always the slugs appear that they would be very effective at incapacitating a threat
Well those Heizer derringers have really terrible quality control, watch Brandon Herrerra's video on it
Scott your acting is getting so good that a movie is in order! Thanks for the pocket science!
You are by far the most entertaining person on RUclips!
Loved the donuts with the truck at the end. "Sissy Boy Matt" would have never done that.
My favorites have gotta be the .223 and 7.62 but the road warrior shotgun was definitely the most effective 👌
Everything you said I agree with. imagine they use the 223. and 762x 39 or 30 Russian short out of a AK-47 or ar 15
This is the first Kentucky Ballistics video I’ve seen that didn’t have the whip sound effect at the beginning of the video.
That 410 was nasty and the deringer was insane
What a intro 👏🏼. Good job on it. I laughed so hard.
My favorite was the Pocket Pistol chambered in 7.62 x 39. Awesome!
Scott is the best one ever after watching him in 2019 I love you Scott keep it up
Ah yes i remember your biggest pocket pistol, the truck.
I love how at 20:14 when you slow it down, you can see the muzzle flash reflected off the torso before the shot enters the frame.
Maybe that's because light travels slightly faster than the bullet
I remember seeing a COP357 for about $300 at a local gun shop throughout the 90s. The week after the second Matrix movie came out, the price had doubled, and a week after that, it sold.
Those AMT/IAI double action back ups were just painful to shoot. Even the .380 version was really uncomfortable.
The theory was sound, and it would be awesome to see companies try those designs again, with stuff that's as strong as stainless steel, but not as heavy.
I like that COP for the Matrix connection, too.
What about Reservoir Dogs?
