    This and Singularity are god tier albums. Adrians vocals are sorely missed in metal. He was one of a kind. Marcus is definitely carrying the torch and doing well but I truly do miss the fast and hard approach these boys used to have.

    Abrasumente is a play on Spanish words "abra su mente" which means "open up your mind"

    Solitude by Northlane will always be my favorite by them. The chorus is next level.

    watching you react to this reminded me of the first time i heard this album. i was absolutely blown away, in 2011 it was like nothing i had ever heard before. thanks for helping me take a trip down memory lane!

      also, most of these guys were music teachers and understood theory insanely well. this whole album was written out by them on GuitarPro before it was tracked.

    Bro I actually fell out of heavy music for a few years an Northlane propelled me back in and I’ve never looked back. You have to listen to singularity and node!!

    you gotta check out singularity, its definitely their best album imo and its their most influential album, that album pretty much became the template of what you see now in the metalcore/djent scene

    I remember when this album came out and I had it on repeat for months.
    It was massive for its time! Can you please do the album Divided By by Structures. They where another standout but underrated band from this era

      @davidpwolfe  Год назад +1

      That would be really cool! I loved their comeback EP a couple years ago

      @@davidpwolfe I think it’s great that your going back and listening to old bangers. Just as a side, I know I just requested an album aha but Deep Blue by Parkway Drive was a massive influential and hugely popular release from 2010. I still give it a spin from time to time but yeah an absolute classic.

    Marcus is better live for sure Adrian struggled blowing his voice all the time. I truly believe that’s why he hung it up. Hands down as well Adrian was an INCREDIBLE songwriter. Show me the way
