Mobil1 EP oil and filter provide exceptional protection for 10k mile intervals . 40 years and I've never had an engine fail.

Nice detail vid. I’d say it’s hard to immediately spot a leak when you put the oil pan cover back in place before running it. I could be wrong, never worked on a Camry.

oil drain plug washer is a one-time use crush washer and should be replaced every time you do an oil change … ultimately it is the washer that prevents leaks, not how tight you tighten the drain plug. the washers are extremely inexpensive and readily available. I get the feeling that the extremely pleasant guy doing the change did not have any on hand, and neither did he have 0w16 oil on hand. I am sure the car will be fine but both points do represent a bit of sloppiness from a professional standpoint.

You should probably switch back to OW 16 after you put the OW 20 in on your next oil change

You should do a how to pcv valve replacement for one of these newer Camrys. For some reason Toyota thought it would be good to put it behind the intake manifold?

Oh boy!...Yeah I will keep this in mind in the event that we need to replace the PCV valve on a Toyota Camry in the future.

@@HomeOwnerRepair yeah, don't know why the engineers at toyota thought this was a smart idea? They could've moved it over 6 inches and around to the side of the engine. I think it may actually clip into the intake manifold itself, I'm not sure.

2018 Camry should take 0W16. Only use 0W20 if you can't get 0W16, and next oil change it should be 0W16

You can use either weight oil. The owner's manual should also state what temperatures to use the different weight oils in.
