Man linked to several unsolved rape cases in DC and Maryland arrested

D.C. Police and federal law enforcement officers announced the arrest of an alleged serial rapist, known as the "College Park Cuddler" or "Georgetown Cuddler," connected to several sexual assault cold cases in the District and Maryland between 2006 and 2012.
