Prosecutors are determined to keep Naresh Bhatt behind bars

Naresh Bhatt, 37, is charged with concealing his wife Mamta Kafle Bhatt's body, which still hasn't been found. Mamta, 28, hasn't been seen since late July and is presumed dead by police and prosecutors, but Naresh's defense argues she could still be missing.

WTH, is it about he killed her or not or he didn't drag the body. Imagine somebody is getting out of the jail after killing because he didn't drag the body outside the house. Looks like he carried in plastic bags, not dragged. Let's focus on he killed her or not, and all the evidence shows he did. Complicating the situation for unnecessary reasons.
