👍
Completed✔
😂😂 unable to do this Viprita Shwasa
Looks like she is also from Isha yoga.. most likely... she is sitting not in the folded legs pose, but the pose we use for Shambhavi Mahamudra
Your videos should be mandatory for anyone who's finished Shambhavi initiation.
Complete your 40 days mandala you will automatically do it correctly at 40th day. Initially you will not be able to do it perfectly as she is saying complete your mandala you will automatically notice the difference. I complete my mandala now I can do exactly how she is performing. so no worries keep practicing.
Viprita Shwasa is supposed to happen at the tip of your nose only, your breath should flutter just at the tip if your nose (not abdomen or chest). But if it isn't happening, don't worry, keep practicing. I'm doing Shambhavi Mahamudra for a while now but still Viprita Shwasa doesn't happen properly. I hope it goes right .
Oh no I m doing wrong
Thanks 🙏
Thank you so much for your explanation, this has been the least understood if the Mahamudra Krya from inner Engineering. It is very clear. Thanks again. 🙏🏻❤️

I'm practicing Shambhavi from past 4 years and still not able to master this.. This is very helpful.. Thanks❤
Same here 😊 sometimes i get a tensed neck after doing this also, do you have similar experiences? Greets
Namaskaram Mam ? While taking little breaths , do we have to pull air from nose or nose play passive role only. As currently I m using nose only without using chest n belly but with this there occurs stiffness in my belly and it becomes hard
Please guide
Can you share your inner engineering experience.

Ma'am your Presentation is very Subtle & Smooth 🧘🏽♂️🕉🧘♀️
Excellent. Just a suggestion. You could use simple graphics with arrows. For example, up arrow when inhaling, and down arrow when exhaling. For other yogas too, you can show twist and turns using arrows.
Is this the same as flutter breathing??? You make the best yoga videos. Thank you so much, ma'am and God bless you 🙏💕

Thank you so much for this 🙏🙏 . U r amazing. I am practicing vipreet swasa as part of Shambhavi from 21 days. As part of mandala I am practicing Shambhavi twice a day, in my morning practice I am very comfortably doing vipreet swas without much break but in the evening practice I am unable to do the same from 4 days. Is there any particular reason for this?
Vipreet swas is very easy to do empty stomach. Make sure you have empty stomach in the evening.
Very Informative, Thanks
Arrow explaination
( this
full Exhale
for doing this we need complete balance in the middle of either inhale or exhale :)))
Thank you...really helpful !

Thank you so much!!!
Grateful
Thanks alot.
Thank you mam
Pranam 🙏🏼🇪🇸🙏🏼
Thankyou Mam
Thank you so much for this, it helped me. How long will one take on an average to get better in this? I've been practicing from 10 days, struggling very badly.
It took me 6 months to do it continuously without needing to breath in between. Then another six months to keep the fluttering in the nose rather than in diaphragm. Do not loose hope just keep doing it one day at a time.
@@NamasteYoga333 your language is like those of Ishangas from isha foundation.
@ramaya been doing this as a part of shambhavi mahamudra since past 27 days yet havent mastered it. As the teacher here said she took over 6 months. :) Lets just keep doing it! Even those who have done yoga for 10-12 years wont call themselves as masters.
@@NamasteYoga333 thank you
🙏
Great !
Useful
Nice video
Head should be straight or slightly upturned during vipreet swas
One second take small five to six breath ? Is it I m right
Ok... What's next? After you do that for 2 minutes, what do you do then?
Totally your call. Whatever you feel like, you can just sit in silence, you can do AUM chanting, do whatever you like.
🙏🙏🙏
In the pranayama sequence you have in your other video, when should breath fire be done as part of that sequence
The purpose of these breathing please explain thanks
Hi mam, while doing this, we should have control of breathe in/out flow happening at the tip of nose or else we should leave the flow to chest and abdomen.. ? where i feel a vibration in chest and abdomen.. hope i gave clarity in my question 🙁
Try to keep it to the tip of the nose. Initially you will feel it in abdomen, then after practicing few months, you will start feeling it in chest. Then after some more practice you will get it on the tip of the nose. Practice is the key.
benifit of doing this Breath of Fire
Could you please tell me what are the energetic effects of this pranayam?
I'm curious to know what happens in pranamayokosha 🙏 thanks
What are the benefits of breath of fire?
Thanks for the great explanation!
My problem is that i always have to fully breath out and in again, i already tried adjusting my position but it still happens. Do you have any advice?
Keep practicing
Thanks for explaining breath of fire ..when this is ti be done after the 4 steps of pranayama or before ?
You don't really have to put it in a sequence. It can be done by itself. But if you are practicing all four pranayamas everyday then after would be good. As this will easily take you towards the meditative state and you can meditate better after this.
Mam i want surya kriya
Namaste mam...can you plz tell again of vivreet swas.....it's very tuff to do this...
I understand Shweta, it is difficult to do, which is why you always start slow and do it only for few seconds. Then slowly build up the time.
How many times we can practice this in a day.
hello, no matter how much I try to do it, I can't do it, I've been trying for weeks and I still can't get the rhythm. is there something wrong with me ?
Nothing wrong with you, it is a difficult practice and it takes months to get it right. Just be patient and keep trying.
Can this be done by a person with elevated blood pressure?
Why all the components of Shambhavi Mahamudra taught in IYC is there in this channel but in a random manner?
Is it a Coincidence or, .
Then also thanks.
😊
🙏
Just like the whole universe is made out of panch mahabhuta, earth, water, fire, space and ether. From these five elements (components) we have animals, plants and humans, and then from these only we have some great saints and also some thieves. Same way Shambhavi Mahamudra is also created by great people from the components of yoga. I am absolutely not eligible to teach anyone Shambhavi Mahamudra, but I can help explaining how to master a single component.
I hope I am adding value to someone's practice.
Thank you so much for watching.🙏
@UChkDpSqkB_ZagVLAik-GFig Very true. Even Sadhguru said , the initiation for shambhavi is just a saying, it more like a cleaning or consecration for your system if you do it right, he said it.
And it can be free and on app, but you know they need to market it so you can advance in other program they offer.
@@NamasteYoga333 I wanted to ask you. What if the breath is litlle noisy ? Because its difficult to know exaclty if we are doing it right when its quiet. So if I do it little noisy , I wont get the benefit?
@@alnilam8048 making a breath little noisy means it will also be heavy and forceful, and that is exactly opposite of what we are trying to achieve here. Increase your observation, fully focus on your breath, then you will be able to notice a calm and quiet breath also.
@@NamasteYoga333 Ok thx you
May I ask the difference between Vipreet Swas and Bastrika pranayam? Is it the shorter quiet breath whereas Bastrika uses more effort and tends to be louder?
In simple words yes. But they both are totally different practices.
Namaskaram Mam..just wanted to know ,do we have to use only nose region for in and out of breathe and no force should be applied through chest and belly ?
Yes, that is correct. Very minimal force from chest and belly.
Thanks a lot Mam
What are the benefits??
It activates and energizes the nervous system. It also raises our vibration. It trains our mind to focus on one thing.
I do not understand still how to do this I Priti swas
Kapalbhati
I find myself exhaling fully after 10 secs of viprit swas........how can prevent myself from inhaling too much
Try to breathe slower first. Inhale exhale consciously at a slow pace. Then slowly build the speed.
It is inhalation first then exhalation or exhalation first and inhalation
Does not matter.
Does belly fat make it harder to do the practice?
No
People with gastric problem can do this
Yes
Mulțumim!
Thank you so much for your support!
🙏
Namaskaram Mam ? While taking little breaths , do we have to pull air from nose or nose play passive role only. As currently I m using nose only without using chest n belly but with this there occurs stiffness in my belly and it becomes hard
Please guide
Yes, you breath through your nose. With practice it will become easy. Make sure you are doing it on empty stomach.
I have been told stomach doesn't move but for me it does move and without it the breathing just doesn't happen. If I breathe naturally stomach moves. How to deal with it ..kindly guide
Keep practicing.
