Guys let me tell you I’ve been doing this workout with another video of hers consistently for like 3 weeks and I’ve noticed changes on my butt even my friends have made comments about how my butt got bigger. ( I do these workouts every other days)

@ noo not that i’m aware of, it should develop thigh muscles tho but when you do it constantly you’ll lose thigh fat and they’ll look toned. this does make my butt look big and round honestly which wasn’t what i was completely looking forward too(bc i wanted a round shape but it to be small)

Well my belly was kinda big so I had after it abs line and lost most of belly fat , I wish that I continued the challenge so the abs can popped for real ◉‿◉💔

Still burns like heck tho lol Day 3: I got through the whole thing without a break! Day 4: it burnssss Day 5: I’m noticing it’s getting easier! Still hard af, but not as hard as the first time 😂 Day 6: I got this!

The worst part is when you realize that all the exercises you have just struggled with will follow on the other side 😂 Day 2: My buttocks is also on fire! 😅 Day 3: I saw the results in the nirror in the morning. And yes, now it hurts again. Day 4: Same feeling - gotta do it on the other side as well 😅 Day 5: She can smell tendency to give up. That is exactly when she encourages me 😂 Day 6: Great workout! 🎉 Day 7: Squeeze that bootie! Day 8: Tiring but nice. Pump it! Day 9: I cheated and skipped Day 10: Nice to be back here Day 11: This is starting to feel good! Day 12: I almost did not do it but glad I did. My butt feels good. Day 13: Very good, even pleasant ❤ Day 14: OK, this set is another one from Lilly definitely worth it. My buttocks has never been that high up 😅

The first excercises made my lower back crunch and hurt a lot. Anyone else having this? I wonder what it means. Which muscle is too weak, back? Butt?
Sounds like tight glutes and hips, I would stretch and release those areas a lot before and after these types of exercises.
