I was asking myself "what do I truly want?". I felt my sacral chakra open during this practice, a feeling of joy and just an all-encompassing hug to life and all of its experiences. I feel a quiet sense of strength after. What helped me most during this practice was not focusing on the "output" of the yoga, or its physicalities but rather checking in with myself and how I felt. Hi Allie, I have been following you for quite some time but stepped off the matt for a while too and am now being called to come back to the matt. The ending of this practice really took me by surprise. I felt a HUGE shift around my third eye and crown chakra and did indeed feel like it left me in a reflective space, where I just sat in the same position you left us in the end of the video for a few minutes! I absolutely love your videos and practices. I feel you are an instructor that really does the trick for me and am thankful you make your content free and accessible to everyone.
