Alleged Sex Cult Victims Testify in Federal Trial of Lawrence Ray (L&C Daily)

- Alleged victims of accused Sarah Lawrence College sex cult leader Lawrence Ray testified in the federal trial of Ray this week. Prosecutors claim Ray abused Sarah Lawrence College students, and some of their family members, for more than 10 years, via money extortion, physical abuse, forced sex or forced prostitution. He was indicted in 2020 and faces 17 charges.
In other news, the alleged Wisconsin Christmas parade attacker Darrell Brooks appeared in court seeking an impartial jury. The trial is set to begin in October 2022. Plus, the State rests it's case in the trial of William Husel, the former doctor accused of murdering with patients with fentanyl overdoses. Finally, the NJ v Michael Barisone trial is underway this week. So far we've seen testimonies from crime scene investigators, law enforcement, and Barisone's girlfriend Mary Gray.

There are at 40,000 recorded different Christian sects alone in the US. That's the number we currently know of that particular religion. Just to help you put into perspective of this whole thing in terms of religiosity in this country.

I understand the 'right to a fair trial' but I believe when you commit a crime against your community, like mowing down parade goers, THAT community should be able to stand in judgment of you. Not the victims/ parade attendees, but the whole of the people. Moving it 400mi/4 hrs away? ...smh!

Not sure what politicians you're speaking of... especially when those same lawmakers have written laws giving almost absolute power to da's & sheriffs. There ISN'T ANY oversight and after the left has been screaming for accountability for years the right only cares about it when they've been told to care by politicians/ talking heads hoping to turn us against each other and not realize THEY'VE GIVEN THEM ABSOLUTE POWER TO DO WHAT THEY WANT TO BEGIN WITH!!!
