What is crazy is she never even poisoned him. He would get them to falsely confess to doing things like this, feel indebted to him and have to pay him back thousands of dollars by prostitution. Ray is a horrible man and I just wonder how these women will ever recover.

As much as this looks like opiates, I don’t actually think this is drugs, I think this is classic dissociation. It’s surprisingly hard to stay awake under pressure when your self has been taken away for a long time.

She made a confession. How many tens of thousands of defendants are found guilty just based on a confession, without a jury or judge having even 1/100 the skepticism that we are all giving this video. Imagine listening to a random confession and the whole time just saying to yourself “is that really what he/she means to say or are they being tricked?”. Maybe innocent people would stop getting sent to prison.

I mean the confession was not too law enforcement therefore not admissible in court being that confession could have been under threat or coercion ect ect

@@galatrax1181 that can’t be the way the court would look at such a confession. Let’s say she really did try to have him killed and she confessed to it, how exactly would he ever be able to get justice for the attempted murder? You have to ignore the fact that he’s an abuser, because justice is blind, you have to deal with facts fairly and not just say that because the guy is a bad man then he deserves no fair justice. Similarly, the courts would (or should) admit this evidence and a jury would be able to listen to countering evidence that could help prove that the confession isn’t honest and was coerced. For example the jury could learn that no hospital staff ever reported injuries or sickness, and the woman herself could take the stand and explain how and why the confession video was made. All would be sorted out in the end, but you have to go that full distance, that’s what justice requires.
OMG this is ridiculous. I fear for her life.
Had this really happened, I’d want to know how she supposedly got all these poisons. Also, how she’d avoid poisoning herself in the process.

I still don't understand how an adult gets to stay in student housing. Sarah Lawrence should be sued into oblivion for allowing this.
Adults are allowed to be students, therefore they're allowed to stay in student housing, but they must be on a course. Are you asking why they allowed an adult who wasn't a student to stay in student housing?
