I'm glad we'll be able to play this on next-gen consoles. Before the delay, I heard a lot of people were going to wait and I was maybe going to do so myself, but now I won't need to if I can snatch a console.
nobody, in any of the reaction vids I've seen so far, has said anything about the Self Landing Rocket @19:46. Does this hint at the Crystal Palace orbital space station from the 2020 tabletop!? Hurry up November....
"I'm terrified of this game, how big it's going to be." That sums up my feelings perfectly. It's the main reason why I don't think I will be playing it, even though I find it fascinating what they were able to pull off.
I hope their a mission like in the 1987 movie The Running man in Cyberpunk 2077 where your part of a game show and surviving running around destroyed parts of town.
That Family poster on the website got me thinking - if kids in CP get their implants, is the tech already there and it 'grows' with the user, or would they have to get new parts at some point
anyone think this looks pretty good? I dunno, maybe just me. Unless something goes just catastrophically wrong it could be one of those once in a decade things. It’s a bit silly, but so was The Witcher... or games in general. It’s funny when people talk about their work in these tech fields being humble is a requirement, but these people work insanely hard. Probably too hard.
I mean, the delays were clearly worth it. Every reveal has looked better than the previous, and now they're squashing bugs which is very much welcome. Everything about this is absolutely loaded, and they're not going to nickel and dime us with DLC. I'm content being patient knowing that we're all going to get one hell of a finished product.
After spending many hours in character creation, I’ll probably follow the story until you get to free-roam, then spend hours walking around, slack-jawed!
pro-tip. find a 4k version of the cyberpunk stream, put that window on top of this video so it matches up with the window that they are watching ( takes some work to sync the videos though). It's so crisp!
I really can't wait to see people I trust have current Gen reviews of this game, if it's real bad I might wait until I'm able to afford next gen, next year.
@@hoesluvcortez probably but why buy something if I can't enjoy it now? This is all hypothetical by the way, it might look & run great on this ge.....ha, ha, ha.
This is a perfect example of big companies talking absolute shit.. "The city is super organic"..."Vertical exploration" ... blah blah blah.. if there's one thing we can't take away from CDPR is their ability to sell a game, albeit lie through their teeth while doing so... but man, they could probably sell me a glass of water like it was the best drink I'll ever have in my life... However, it's a "fool me once" scenario, because they set the stage too large for this one... and ultimately failed beyond comprehension... Keanu being hired so late in the development of this game I believe is the single cause of it being derailed.... it should not have been about him and his terrible acting, should have been its own thing. .. While I don't hate Keanu and I have liked his movies... his joining so late caused them to focus on making the game click and fit his role in the game, rather than polishing their first envisioned/intended gameplay and story was about... No amount of bug fixing now will fix the weak storyline and lack of any real depth... I mourn this games true original potential
I think I get what CDPR are going for. They've built a city. Not an open world game. A City. I hope they can match what Rockstar did with AI interaction in RDR2 (and I do not doubt their talent).
I think that some of the animations are still quite janky, some of the things I see on screen don't feel very dystopian and cyberpunk, the moxies are WAY too wholesome for the genre imo. I'm still really excited for the game though and mostly the character creation and development is what I'm most looking forward to, and I think after this night city wire I've figured that I want to play corpo. Arasaka are the most interesting group so far in the game to me.
I doubt it. Consoles are a primary focus for them. To the point that after the Witcher 3 launched it was straight up stated that the game wouldn't exist if it weren't for consoles because that added revenue stream is what allows them to make the games they want to make. They aren't going to half bake something they view as being that important. It probably won't look as good as the PC version but I'm pretty sure it will look and run just fine on current gen systems.
@@CeliriaRose I just really wasn't a fan of the console ports of witcher 3 even after the updates it felt very rough with graphical artifacts constantly breaking my immersion but I really hope you are right! Because I don't have a pc that can handle cyberpunk right now.

You know it’s not a good look for Alanah who keeps saying reviewers don’t get paid by game companies, and then she’s like featured on the stream in a cyberpunk swag chair. I know she’s not a reviewer anymore and I like her and she’s great she’s one of the reasons I love funhaus, but the optics of that are off. I’m not saying she shouldn’t have an opinion on the game, but her refusing to at least be a lil impartial after making videos about that topic is fishy to me.
qsvyw adwoawhzwd9g7waores You’re not wrong: she’s said it multiple times-even made a video saying “I’m not reviewing CP77.” In every video she does, she cops to her bias. She might *have been* a reviewer, but she’s not one anymore, so I don’t think she should be limited as if she still is.
Can’t believe CDPR are making this game length shorter for those who complained about Witcher being too long and didn’t finish it. How pathetic are these mutants that can’t finish a long game. Who wants to hurry up and finish a game anyway? Shortening the game for real gamers because few losers can’t finish a game is wrong.
