    Very challenging but much better for me personally than your 10 min workout that I tried before as I can almost keep up with this one and almost stay the distance :)

      ​@@NaveenPandi-h5g if You're a beginner it will improve your core strength but if you're more advanced I recommend you do this after another workout.
