Alvin. I hope you are doing well. My Gantt Chart view (right side) is not showing correctly on my laptop and when printing. I am seeing the start date on my laptop and when I print the report from previous months, rather than the day it begins. I would appreciate your assistance in setting this view to show only the start and end dates of the project. In terms of timescale, I prefer working on middle tiers (weeks) and bottom tiers (days).
Hi Alvin- great content on your channel. I've been on the look out for a tool that can bring together waterfall projects (IoT hardware, firmware, test )and Agile development projects (Software that supports the IoT development) to show the 'big picture' without having to manually create timelines- for exec level review. Any suggestions? We track the software backlog in Jira and the waterfall projects in Smartsheet/Excel/MS Project- can use any one of them. Any suggestions?
@Rohit N, I've been in a similar situation, and what I've done is use Microsoft Project to create my Project Plan, and inside, I would list out Milestones for when critical Sprints would be completed (for when certain Features would be completed). I would then use the Timeline Feature of Microsoft Project to showcase not only the Milestones for key Features/SW Deliverables, but also upcoming Phases and Activities that are expected to be completed within the next year.

How do I make it so it doesn't plan Saturday/Sunday?
That looks NOTHING like my MS project homepage.
What version of MS Project are you using?
Hi do you have video for sim4 projects software tool
How to activate ?
great presentation but a lot of skipped steps
Why you going too fast? Totally wasted
Dude there is an option called pause or playback speed, use it wisely
You don’t have to be rude as well. Just like the person above said, use the speed tool!
