Thank you loads. This is exactly what I am looking for in the last two days. You made it simpler and direct to the point. I am into SAP, and all along has concentrated on systems configurations. Now, I am moving up a bit and would be exposed to project plan and scheduling awould like to know if you can assist me on the SAP aspect of it.

I’m volunteering for this charity as a project manager which focuses on grant writing. I am left on my own to figure out the whole project from beginning to end. I don’t even know if I’m doing the right thing. They see me as their saviour but I’m pretty new to project management.
Hey, I think maybe you should set expectations regarding your experience and skill set with the manager/ company? Project management is not easy, and especially cos it seems like they are looking for someone experienced , it doesn’t seem like you’ll have anyone to shadow or help you build up your experience
