The fastest way to increase your attractiveness is by purchasing my 9 week training program! You can purchase “The Independent Variable” here:
    theindependentvariable-7615.myshopify.com
Included in this program is the exact training model I used to propel myself from a scrawny hardgainer to a successful fitness influencer and natural bodybuilding competitor within just a couple years.

Its crazy how different people treat you when you're ugly. I used to be 305 pounds then I dropped over 80 pounds by lifting, cardio, and CICO and I look way better weighing less you can imagine , its night and day. At 305 women looked right through me and I was the DUFF all the way, after dropping weight random people speak to me unprompted. I get flirted with and women text me back instead of leaving me on read. I understand some people will say "Its because you're more confident now!!" actually I'm not my personality is the exact same I'm socially awkward and don't like speaking much in new situations. The only thing different is my physical appearance but I can't even be mad at anybody for this, I understand looks matter.

Back in high school and secondary school I used to have incredible acne, it was all over my face, my back and my chest. I would feel incomprehensibly insecure about it, I couldn't even look at myself in the mirror and dating was only a distant dream. Strangers would approach me on the street or in public transport regarding my acne and proposed solutions for it, it only made me feel worse because it practically assured me that I look horribly. Only until my dad signed me up in a local gym I began to see results in my physique, I started taking isotretinoin, which is considered a last resort for acne. Today as I'm writing this I got almost no acne on my face, only scars and singular leftovers, im in the best shape ever and my confidence is sky high. I can actually look in the mirror and be proud of how I look for the first time in years.

Thing is with bullying. It can ruin you as well. I just became more insecure, desperate for approval after it. I am starting to become better. Studying more. Trying to eat more healthy now. Working out. But the scars are there. I don't think I will ever believe any one will ever love me after all that happened. So I don't know how that will work out when making new relationships.

    • @Killerkiki313

Yeah, I don’t see how bullying is helpful. As if fat people don’t know they’re fat? People who let their appearance go don’t know that it’s happened? When we require improvement, we don’t need to be told. One has to be intrinsically motivated to change.

Your humility and brutal honesty are admirable. I really enjoyed your funny skits too. It's great to see a person trying his best to help other people improve themselves. You must have been on your high school debate team because you make strong counter-arguments to blanket statements. You must believe in the old adage by Nietsche- "what doesn't kill you makes you stronger." Suffering does have value in life. Like you said, if you hadn't been bullied, you may never have taken up bodybuilding which changed how you saw yourself and others saw you. Sadly or not, we live in a world where people are instantly judged by their physical appearances. I am glad to see you are promoting your own training program. I have liked many of your videos because you put a lot of yourself into them, the honesty is refreshing.

People dont realize that simply keeping your hair groomed in a way that looks good for your face, or wearing better clothes, or trimming or removing a beard can go a long way. Vice versa: anyone who's attractive can make themselves look like a 5 out of 10 by just appearing very sloppy.

    • @stratkiller2531
      @stratkiller2531 Год назад +5

This is true. People have NO idea how far a great haircut, sculpted facial hair, and a nice outfit really goes. Someone who is attractive can drop to unattractive by simply wearing clothes that are out of style, or clothes that don't fit them well, along with not shaving and wearing your hair like you just got out of bed. You'd be surprised.

Yup. True stuff. Also, a Strange and unnerving experience is when you have been considered to be good looking your whole life, - maybe didn’t even give it that much thought. But then you get old. And quite suddenly, people start treating you very very differently. I know women have to deal with this reality, and I really do respect what they have to go through when it does catch up with them. But I’ll assure you it happens to men as well. But the difference between the male and the female experience is that the aging female is never in danger of her life being ruined simply because she complemented a young man’s outfit. Not his body, his outfit. For absolutely no other reason than to be kind. She will always be free to do that.

Everyone should focus on self-improvement through healthy exercise, diet, clothing, hair care, etc. It provides a sense of accomplishment and improves self-image. Relying on the opinions and validation of others is a recipe for disaster. The only thing we can control is how we view ourselves. What others think is out of our control. Sure, the better looking you are, the more dates you will get. Yet, I know plenty of great looking guys who lack elf-esteem. Plus, I know others who seemingly have everything and lack self-esteem. Self-esteem comes from within while everything else is just an ego boost and is fleeting. The "ugly" guy with self-esteem doesn't care what other people think. The great looking guy who lacks self-esteem relies on the positive feedback of others and will get old looking eventually.

I think that, while some motivation to get better can be a positive thing, it is still not right to bully somebody in the traditional sense of the word. If how others treat you effects how confident you feel, being bullied will only put you down further and make you feel helpless and insecure. Helping push others out of their comfort zone through support can seriously create positive change, bullying MAY cause change but come along with many unwanted consequences such as trauma and deeply rooted insecurities. Absolutely no hate, i totally get the point and i think there’s truth to it, i just think that way of thinking can cause some issues if the wrong people hear it if that makes sense

cut ur hair and make sure it stays healthy. dont ruin it with excessive shampoo

    get ur caveman eyebrows threaded
shave ur face unless you have good thick facial hair. if u do get that lined up
mew. (which is just resting your tongue on the roof of your mouth. not some influencer bullshit). if you breathe through your mouth at night tape your lips shut before going to bed. diets with chewy foods will also impact your jaw development in a good way
if you have oral problems, go to the dentist. a smile goes a long way, teeth dont have to be and will not be perfect but they should be clean
invest in clothing that you like that makes you happy and confident.

"Fatty, fatty 2 X 4, can't fit through the bathroom door". I heard that vile crap aimed at me from 4th through the 7th grade. I becpoprame a recluse. That is not all. There were other forms of abuse that caused me to go into reclusiveness. High School was a prison. At the age of 19 I went into the military; that was my first time of experience of true freedom. 20 years later I retired. I really enjoyed being in the military except for some of the deployments. I reluctantly returned to my hometown upon retirement. Isc am a major fan of high school fan of high school football. For the past many years I have attended every game my alma mater played in (regular season and play offs). At games is where I see most of the people that harrased me in school. Several of them approach me and say "Hey, are you .... .... I state yes. The Individual tells me the way they recognized me was because of my smile and during football season I scientifically studied the plays. I did not realize this but they remembered when I would notice the team had a 4th down then achieved a 1st down if the score board did not reflect such within 5 seconds I would stand up and scream "It is first down. Change the board! Anyway, as of now, the boys (at that time) that would recognize me would approach me and ask me if I was .... .... then started a conversation as though we were best friends. Many times I would say as little as possible then walk away while they were still speaking. I noticed the individual speaking to me weighed at least 275 (possibly 300) pounds, was smoking a cigarette, had a cigarette in his pocket. He had a nasty long beard, mustache and head of hair. This completely shocked me! In high school he was a very attractive young man. He body was weight/height proportional. At that time I was overweight. There are many examples of this. There is nothing wrong with being proud of the beauty of one's body. Please do not become so muscular you look like you have morphed into another life form. You look like you are well fit. Please maintain what you have achieved with your body. You look great. Take care of yourself!

I’m in great shape but my teeth are way more messed up than yours it’s the only thing I’m insecure about and with how expensive braces are I don’t think I’ll fix the problem anytime soon which sucks I know that no matter how hard I work on myself I’m always gonna be insecure about my teeth

Dylan I wish you wouldn't talk about ugly people, it's a little insulting. All people are human beings with feelings , perhaps a better word to describe people who are ugly is not as attractive as they could be and how to improve themselves.
I've no problems with your videos they are quite inspiring.and also amusing.
    Keep up the good work

I've always been deemed attractive by people but I've found physical looks only gets you so far, you still can get treated like shit. Perhaps that's because it's rural britian I live in where everywhere is dead 😂 but you have to be strong mentally and be prepared to not get what you want from just looks.

You can now get back at these people who mistreated you by showing how much you've improved, but it'll now be you doing the rejecting to those who have wronged you as you've lost interest. When getting picked on it leaves something to make you modify yourself, but you won't want those who inflicted pain onto you. The deal you do with yourself is to improve as long as it's not returning to those who mistreated you. It's time to give yourself a break now and be pleased with your progress.

As on social media, you can simply ignore every evaluation. Although it does have an other effect when done face to face. On the other hand, people look for confirmation. It's a dilemma.

A nice haircut with a well shaven face, paired with washing and moisturizing your face can go a long way. Some people suit glasses, if you don't wear contacts. These small changes which can occur in just a few weeks can really bump you up from a 4 or 5 to like a 6 or a 7. Longer team things like building up a wardrobe of nice clothes, taking care of those clothes and building a better physique in the gym can make that 6 or 7 into an 8 or 9.
    Take care of your skin
    Build a nice physique
    Wear nice clothes
    Eat healthy
    Keep well groomed
Just remember there's more to life then material.

Finally just got rid of my acne, and I used to have bad grooming habits, and my style wasn’t that great I’ve always been fit so that’s never been a issue, later this year I’ll get Invisalign to fix my overbite, but overall been feeling way better lately ever since I cleared my acne, fixed up my grooming, and fixed up my style. Also used to have a really bad haircut in high school, so nowadays I got really good haircut so that’s helped a lot.

If you have to make a goofy pose and use photoshop to convince the internet that you're ugly, then chances are that you aren't ugly
