Hi This is Laura you’re very welcome for the love and support for Gino’s music I remember as a kid of about 7 or so when “People Gotta Move” was on the radio . Gino just go better and better . I bought the album “Brother to Brother as my first “Gino “ album I’m born and raised on the Canadian prairies and Gino was born in Quebec so I’ll always be a fan of Gino’s soulful voice LOVE Ya Gino😊😄🎵🇨🇦👌💕♥️@@ginovannelli-topic727
Not sure why people complain about this song. I love it.. Used to play it on the radio a lot way back. Even sounded okay on AM radio in the tractor. 80's had soooo many styles!! And you could hear the words.. Canadians had fantastic music 70's and 80's. That woman doesn't look too bad either.
Another youtube revisionist comment about pop music history. NO ONE complains about this song. It was one of Gino's stand out and beloved hits, and deservedly so.
@@ClearOutSamskaras Really? Maybe before you comment you should scroll down to the bottom. Looks like complaints to me. And seen more complaints on other pages. So no, I was there in the 80s, liked the song. Not sure what your comment is about. But maybe you should read down below before you make an incorrect comment. And if you must comment, suggest just put it out there on your own. Don't attach it to someone else when you are clearly wrong.
I could do without the "base player" and muscle drummer. Neither helped make this track. It was Gino and Joe. Later, I loved the slower version of it. Record makers are so stifling.
love gino , but don’t know what he was thinking doing this ? billy idol ? gino to to much of a musical genius ahead of his time , there was no need to join into this
I AGREE with THAT!! But the 80s were also really tough on him. He was yanked from the spotlight, and then left for a while, trying to re-invent himself. This wasn't the best of Gino.
I've always liked the tune, though this is my first time seeing the video. I don't know who produced it but it is horrid, particularly for someone of Gino's stature. In fact, I can't believe that he, someone who invests so much of himself in perfecting his music would okay such a juvenille production. And people wonder why he had such a challenge trying to sustain his post-'Brother to Brother' success. I mean, compare this video to that of 'Wild Horses'. The latter is great, though this one definitely is not.
Perhaps Richard was copying Gino's looks. Regardless Gino is so much better looking than Richard, he has amazing eyes even today at 72. But yes indeed much more talent than Marx.
Well I don't think so. He is an Adronis! The focus on Gino, being as gorgeous as he is, is a plus for those of us who can't get enough Gino. What a man!! His voice booms throughout my house and sometimes the back lawn on an almost daily basis. My husband, who plays classical guitar as a hobby loves him too.
Just great Gino. As always
Marvellous song from the great "Black cars" album!
Perfect song, perfect Gino
wow Thanks for this great post!! Love Gino Vanelli’s music especially The “Black Cars”album. This is fab footage❤😮😊
Thanks for your love and support. I'm blown away by the love from you. Fans like you are the reason we keep moving

Gino is a great singer song writer period.
I never paid much attention to this tune back when...but's a little gem!
Totally agree.

Who is the woman standing to his left? Great video and tune. Thanks for uploading this gem.
who is the bassist?
Yes.
so maybe not his own band , who's that girl on bass ?
The keytar player looks a bit like Adriano Celentano
It’s his brother Joe
I could do without the "base player" and muscle drummer. Neither helped make this track. It was Gino and Joe. Later, I loved the slower version of it. Record makers are so stifling.
are you gay or something?
Jesus Gino and Richard Marx could be brothers
Hey, camera!! Let Gino deliver the first chorus (the hook) on camera!! Don't cut to the nerdy keyboard guy! Sheesh.
That’s his brother!
The nerdy guy is his brother, really !!!
OMG! YOu just insulted Joe Vannelli!? Gino owes his total sound to that "nerdy keyboard guy"!! Sheesh!!
LOL! The nerdy guy is the immensely talented Joe Vannelli!

It's not videos that sell songs its the composition and voice.
Richard Marx lookalike with much more talent
Perhaps Richard was copying Gino's looks. Regardless Gino is so much better looking than Richard, he has amazing eyes even today at 72. But yes indeed much more talent than Marx.
Montreal was more known for it's hockey team than this guy
LOL someone is jealous!
I'm a huge Gino fan but this is atrocious
Yes, embarrassingly so
I think this is a great track nonetheless
