Like it's unbelivable how hard it is to find good products for natural hair! I thought that i had it hard back when i had hair to my butt but turns out that a huge part of the population can't even find good detanglers or conditioners. It's really sad to know that even in 2019 we forget about POC
Hey everyone she probably forgot to leave the name but it’s called Beautifully textures curl definer curling pudding. And the other one is a curl defining styling custard.
Just a tip. Use Shea Moisture Curl Enhancing Smoothie and soaking wet hair and then apply the Curl Defining Custard. Lastly, smooth a small amount of Eco Argan oil and sit under the dryer. Thank me later. ☺️
I have 4c hair. This is my hair regimen: I use Obia Naturals Neem & Tea Tree Shampoo Bar. Then, I condition with Shea Moisture Manuka Honey & Yogurt Hydrate+Repair Protein Power Treatment. My coils become curls with Taliah Waajid Curly Curl Cream. The Taliah Waajid doesn't require half as much product as you used in this video. I think you'll be delighted with the result.
Thank you for this video! I've been struggling to get a defined look for my entire 25 years on this earth. I ran out and got these products and cried uncontrollably at my results. I've always felt like there was something wrong with my natural hair and this just changed the entire game. I also took advice from the comments and added Eco Style Castor Oil and Flaxseed. My ish is popping! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
I hope they changed the formula. I used this a few years ago and my hair felt oddly greasy and it flaked horribly no matter what I did. Hair looked beautiful but felt horrible, so I had to stop.
Same hrr had my curls defined but my hair was so flaky n greasy as well I honestly don't like it so I use Shea butter n curl lala which works for me but everyone is different
To get rid of flakes. Apply products in a hot or steamy room. It helps😊 my hair flakes with every gel. No matter if they say no flaking my hair finds a way. This method helped.

Love how it turned out. What helps me with shrinkage is letting gravity do its thing. Picking at the roots does add great volume but can also mess up the curl. It'll naturally fall over time
I have been using their Tangle Taming Leave In Conditioner for years! I love it! Smells great, detangles instantly, soft and gentle on the hair. It's amazing! Try it if you havent already!
The Beautiful Textures Rapid Repair deep conditioner is really good. It's the only product in the line that I've used so far but it has a noticeable difference adding softness after one use and it's super moisturizing. It can also be used as a leave in.

I get the same way when something feels good in my hair! I’m using Cantu curl custard right now and am loving it! Same curl def as gel without the crunch! Also the aloe Vera stalk rubbed on the scalp and hair is fab! Makes the hair so soft and easy to derange. I’m so in love with my hair right now! Since I’m growing it out I’ve been doing the aloe plant 3 times a month... my hair is growing like crazy, I went from a low cut fade to my drop being at the bone right at the base of my neck in a year!

Thanks for this! I’m still relatively new to natural hair and here’s me thinking everyone just wakes up with this definition 😩😂 I know what I need to do now!
It looks like the defining custard helped moisturize and define your hair… maybe try less of the pudding and a bit more of the custard… sometimes that works for me. Hope it works for you!
I think i now see why I shouldn't comb out my 4c hair. My thoughts are it ultimately defines itself the longer it gets, with the weight on longer hair. Also moisture is key
I NEED THIS PROUDUCT my hair is nappy and it’s rly hard to get curls like I have to put olive oil and twist it over night and it’s not the curls I was expecting for, I really need this product:))
I got some aloe Vera and cut out the jell inside of it blended it and apply it to my hair after a wash and twist it up and rap it with a rubber bag and a scarf to keep it in overnight. Then I rinse it in the morning and babyyyy , I used to have tough 4c hair ....I mean tough 4c hair and it was damaged. Aloe Vera changed my whole natural life. When I put the gell in it activates my natural curls . Every-time I rinse it with or without the aloe Vera now my curls are so defined and it’s so soft now, that was one of my biggest issues plus my hair has grown so quickly since I started using it, it’s a whole lot . It’s not even a joke , Im telling you aloe Vera will change your life.
I finally found someone with my exact hair type. The front is almost kinky straight but still a bit curly. The back is really curly but a looser than the middle. I’m going to try this product.

I'm looking to go natural real soon. This will come in useful. Interesting how food terms are creeping into hair care names - pudding and custard.
She looks like she just came out of some perfect skin and hair commercial. Loving you and definitely subscribing
Hahaha thank you 🥰🥰
Beautiful. Will definitely try these two products when I take my braids down. 💋
Thank you, need more Toronto RUclipsr because a lot of the products American guru's use you cannot find in Canada . Ill try these thanks, enioyed the video.
I just Googled ‘Afro hair products Canada’ and several companies came up. Clore Beauty Supply even carries Gabrielle Union’s range!
@@djlivvy46 I shop there , they have a good selection of stuff also check out beauty supply warehouse aka bsw.ca and hairmall.ca . They have store locations and online shopping in Canada.
Thanks for this! I’m still relatively new to natural hair and here’s me thinking everyone just wakes up with this definition 😩😂 I know what I need to do now!
do i have to have 4c hair for this,
I just started my natural hair journey 3months ago. I really enjoy your videos! Love the your energy and reactions to the products.
It looks like the defining custard helped moisturize and define your hair… maybe try less of the pudding and a bit more of the custard… sometimes that works for me. Hope it works for you!
Yes, another natural hair youtuber from Toronto!! Sis, I've been looking for some new products for my new tapered cut because I am STRUGGLING!
You can also try The Mane Choice Tropical Moringa Braid Out Glaze.
Naru Summer 卌 where do you get it
@@ninamancini5674 well i got mines at Bed Bath and Beyond in the health and beauty section. But i heard Walmart has it too
I think you are one of the most beautiful girls I’ve ever seen❣️
Due to your hair being so thick it helps with the lovely presentation. My hair is not as thick so I wonder how it would turn out💁🏾♀️. 😊
I too just discovered these products, your reaction was my EXACT reaction.
Not thick consistency for the products but you used a lot of product. Loved the results either way. Great video
This looks good but there was still too much whiteness after and can’t imagine it all going away completely... maybe with a little less product? 🤷🏽♀️
I mean she did say she used a lot and advised viewers to use less 💁🏾♀️
A white girl with curly hair here 🙋
