Eminem's skills for rhyming syllables are just so fucking good. Yeah, he might not have the best flow in this song but he's a language master. Try to analize the internal rhymes on his verse, that's not human, EVERYTHING rhymes and has a hidden sense.
J.Maniac imo he did have the best flow....and the most technically proficient. The problem is that people have been conditioned to prefer the more Dr suess like melodies. The flow Em used here is syncopated and meant to sound off kilter. Every stressed syllable purposely hits on the off or down beat. It's amazing to me that he can do this so easily and it's depressing to think that people miss the epic skill it takes to accomplish it. It's music to my ears to hear a mainstream rapper going against the grain of what's hot atm and not afraid to keep himself challenged by bringing this type of originality to the masses instead of just resting back and doing what hes already mastered.

Eminem's skills for rhyming syllables are just so fucking good. Yeah, he might not have the best flow in this song but he's a language master. Try to analize the internal rhymes on his verse, that's not human, EVERYTHING rhymes and has a hidden sense.
J.Maniac imo he did have the best flow....and the most technically proficient. The problem is that people have been conditioned to prefer the more Dr suess like melodies. The flow Em used here is syncopated and meant to sound off kilter. Every stressed syllable purposely hits on the off or down beat. It's amazing to me that he can do this so easily and it's depressing to think that people miss the epic skill it takes to accomplish it. It's music to my ears to hear a mainstream rapper going against the grain of what's hot atm and not afraid to keep himself challenged by bringing this type of originality to the masses instead of just resting back and doing what hes already mastered.
