This album is a masterpiece and the fact that it got a mixed reaction made Em go in a completely different direction. I wish we got a sequel to this masterpiece but we won’t unfortunately. One of his best albums

This album is good from a lyrical flow perspective, but a lot of people had a strong emotional connection to Eminem's early music, and he has lost that. (which is fair enough, he's no longer poor and struggling, or filled with anger from his childhood... but that's why).

For anybody being offended by these lyrics talking about him raping somebody. This is horror core. Just like Stephen King he is writing a story but in rap format. He doesn't mean he is going out and raping anybody, he just conjured up this story to show people how fucked up the world is and since he is like one of the best rappers that can rap about a lot of fucked up shit, this is his specialty.
