    奇異果:⅓個
    美極/生抽:2湯匙
    白砂糖:3茶匙
    黑椒碎:2茶匙
    生粉:2茶匙
    生油:1湯匙(煎前塗上)
    調味汁:
    蠔油:1湯匙
    白砂糖:3茶匙
    鹽:½茶匙
    喼汁:1茶匙
    清水:6湯匙
    Ingredients:
    500g (6 pieces) Beef ribs
    1 pc Onion
    3pc Three-color pepper
    5 cloves Garlic
    Marinade: [Recipe:米青日月去英國]
    ⅓pc Kiwi fruit
    2 tbsp Maggi/light soy sauce
    3 tsp Sugar
    2 tsp Crushed black pepper
    2 tsp Cornstarch
    1 tbsp Oil (apply before frying)
    Sauce:
    1 tbsp Oyster sauce
    3 tsp Sugar
    ½ tsp Salt
    1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    6 tbsp Water
