    I don’t like how isolated the dining and living space is from the kitchen. Everyone clusters in the kitchen at gatherings, and they once food is self-served your guests have to trek it across the house through the living room and into the “dining room.” I like the big outdoor living space, but Calgary has winter for like 7-8 months out of the year, so this is effectively wasted indoor square footage that could better link the kitchen to the living space.

    This is one of the worst layouts in a new build I have yet to see. Walk half way across the house with food to sit in dining room? Closed off tight kitchen, so not a lot of entertaining there. Not to mention the house right next door which you could probably reach out and touch the side... for 3.8 mill you'd expect way better value. These builders are absolutely tripping with that price.

    • @Propertygrams
      @Propertygrams  9 месяцев назад +1

      The layout may prioritize a formal entertaining experience with separate living and dining areas, while the closed-off kitchen offers privacy during gatherings. The pricing likely reflects various factors, including location and market demand, despite proximity to neighboring houses. Preferences may differ, but the design could suit specific needs or preferences!
