This home is so perfect it’s huge but no room feels too big , I love that. I think open floor plans slowly going to get old bring back separate living spaces

Question for luxury house building companies. Why is it not standard to have a pot filler over the stove. For any house in the 7 figure price range should have a pot filler.

Adding a pot filler can be an additional expense. Not all homeowners prioritize this feature, especially if they don't do a lot of cooking or filling large pots regularly. Also, thanks for the kind words! - Mike

Lovely home but the rooms seemed so small for a million dollar home of this magnitude, especially the primary it was very disappointing but overall a nice home.
We agree with the room sizes, but over all it truly is a stunning home!
