This is the first million dollar home I've seen that actually feels like a proper, cozy home and not a museum you'd be afraid to live in. Now I just need to somehow find 2 million dollars.
Looks like a show house. Everything is stunning but homey? Nah. Never seen a place need more plants so much. And I sure Calgary has a great art scene. Show some representation with rugs and paintings. Not even a lot. 2 plants a rug and a paint.
Just gotta say, I love the energy this guy and the cameraman have. They feel welcoming and are so lively with the tour, unlike a lot of other accounts I've seen where they're lackluster. Definitely enjoyed it a lot more with their energy

Mike has got thr best energy for the tours. Doesnt go off on tangents about light fixtures but adds enough personality and humor to make the tour feel personable. And he ACTUALLY addresses the appliances of a room and potential usages of spaces.
I live in Calgary and for some reason I can’t believe that this home is located here too. If I didn’t know where it was located I’d assume somewhere in the states like LA

I love this house. My only critiques would be a larger master bedroom bed area and I’d want each one of the bedrooms to have their own bathrooms. But this house is gorgeous and very well staged. Also good job by the presenter in giving us the tour.
I’m really picky and this has absolutely everything I’ve ever wanted. Especially since it’s Canada , they just understood the need for the entry cabinets and the boot room. Even the need for a mirror at the entry. The double island. The staging. The layout . The colour scheme. Absolute perfection!
Oh my god.. I didn’t even finish the tour and then there’s the hidden laundry room and the nook benches! This is such a functional and well thought out design, whoever did this needs a raise !!!

130 inch TV. That's the size of a movie theater screen. Along with the CLOUD sofa, I wouldn't ever want to leave the room. Bring in some snacks and I'm good .Wolf and Subzero appliances for the win . IMPRESSIVE
I know for some people this might look pretty but I think its like having 3 house inside of one. The family might be by everywhere in the house and at least for me I need to be together in family. The more the space is cozy and closed the more we enjoy each other in family

Location, Location, location! The further out you go in any city, the cheaper it gets. Although, Edmonton and Calgary are more affordable in general when it comes to Toronto.
This isn’t actually in Calgary either. Bearspaw is in Rocky View County. I’d be interested to know if these people actually commute to downtown every day. If their time is that valuable you’d think not but, how else can you afford it.
Because our location doesn't have many amazing homes to show you all, we have to travel. It's really hard to do that with Covid at the moment. We are doing our best, and hope to be more consistent in the new year :)
