Looks like a show house. Everything is stunning but homey? Nah. Never seen a place need more plants so much. And I sure Calgary has a great art scene. Show some representation with rugs and paintings. Not even a lot. 2 plants a rug and a paint.
Even though I'm a full grown adult, whenever I see homes I like, I imagine being there with my family. My best memories.

Mike has got thr best energy for the tours. Doesnt go off on tangents about light fixtures but adds enough personality and humor to make the tour feel personable.
And he ACTUALLY addresses the appliances of a room and potential usages of spaces.

Genuinely the best multi-million dollar home I've seen on RUclips. And I emphasise the word 'home' because this is the only house I've seen on here that I could actually see my family in. Incredible.
I love this house. My only critiques would be a larger master bedroom bed area and I’d want each one of the bedrooms to have their own bathrooms. But this house is gorgeous and very well staged. Also good job by the presenter in giving us the tour.

I’m really picky and this has absolutely everything I’ve ever wanted. Especially since it’s Canada , they just understood the need for the entry cabinets and the boot room. Even the need for a mirror at the entry. The double island. The staging. The layout . The colour scheme. Absolute perfection!
Oh my god.. I didn’t even finish the tour and then there’s the hidden laundry room and the nook benches! This is such a functional and well thought out design, whoever did this needs a raise !!!

Calgary has some amazing homes! And the prices are incredible! Especially when you compare them to the same size house somewhere else in Canada😅
Calgary and Edmonton are definitely on the more affordable side compared to Toronto and Vancouver
