That's because its in Edmonton. It is literally the driest place in Canada and it is the northern most large city in the country as well. That means you get eight months of long, extremely cold and very dry winter every year.

This house seems to be the same exact floor plan as the one in the previous video. Also I like this video much better than the previous ones. This time Mike didn't skip over a lot. He pretty much showed us the house and its entirety except for the basement bedroom.

This is a realistic home with a reasonable price that it deserves 👏🏿👏🏿. Most of houses that are not are beautiful as this get overly priced and they are not even beautiful they are just gigantic for no reason. Some houses to be honest you are not buying the house but you are buying the surroundings of the house.

I really wished they had a little area in the top corner with the floor plan of whatever floor they were on. Helps you picture the layout a lot better, and gets you a better sense of where they are.

We only get like 60 thunderstorms a year, also it gets to 30 degrees sometimes in summer. Pretend winter doesn’t exist, too, totally not for 10 months of the year

So the houses that you show are residential buildings I know that, because they are so large, wide, and long I guess when they need to be cleaned and the grounds kept my guess is you'd have to tend to it as if it is a commercial property. Maintaining them would be such a task but so worth it. If you can afford the home you can afford a staff to do so. This home is really nice. You two make the content enjoyable.

It’s a gorgeous home and I love real estate as this is the industry I’m in. But I would’ve spent 2.88M differently on this home for sure. Personally, the ensuite bathrooms could’ve been a stall instead of a tub. The kitchen and laundry appliances could’ve been more of an upgraded brand.
Definitely love the layout of the balcony, would’ve maybe had a spiral staircase from the main to the top.
