Idk I have seen homes in south Edmonton without a beach selling for over $8M. The location is busy and I hate the traffic around Jensen Lakes right now, but it's a safe community.

I really hate the kitchen open to the living room. I hate the mess from cooking and the food smells that linger in the kitchen. I hate dirty dishes and don’t want to see the mess. Call me old school but the kitchen should NOT be connected to the living room. I love a huge kitchen!
