Ginger shots are the best thing for sore throats. I swear by them the next day it was gone. They don’t taste the best but 110% work. You can get them from Sainsbury’s 👌🏼

You need to have ginger, it always works and gets rid of my tonsillitis as ginger is against inflammation- I have a juicer (not blender) and make apple and ginger together to have a sort of ginger shot. I would reccomend organic ginger to help your throat
Molly you gotta try the throat lozenges called strefen, I have tried everything for sore throats (including sooo many different types of throat lozenges) and this is the only thing that helps 😘

Hey!! I tend to stay at the gym about 50 minutes/1h and I mainly do cardio tbh, about half an hour of cardio, and then legs and some floor stuff (sit-ups, leg exercises etc)!! One day I might make a routine hahaha

Nothing really works to get rid of your sore throat. I have a low immune system and basically have throat problems every two or three weeks. The best thing to do is just keep it lubricated so that’s where throat lozenges help- but any sucking sweets can help to be honest. I also use an antiseptic throat spray. Tastes absolutely awful but when your throat is sore it helps to numb it briefly (the effects last about 10 minutes). Drink plenty of water. Hope you feel better soon x
Have you been tested for the Milk allergy/intolerance as many people who suffer with LI are able to tolerate proper genuine Greek Yoghurt (Not style yoghurt its quite different) such as Fage
There is something called fisherman’s friends and they taste like the chewing gum airwaves. Idk if u like the taste but they work wonders and the effect lasts really long and soothes your throat!!! Trust me they are actually life saving 🙊💖💖😍

Bit late, but cannot recommend Chloraseptic throat spray enough for a sore throat! It completely numbs it which feels amazing
Tyrozets literally take away a sore throat! They're anaesthetic throat sweets, you can get them from Boots pharmacy xx
