Recently purchased my first ever order. Dosakaya chutney and hotel sambhar. Honestly very delicious. I bought this from chutnefy only on the trust on Rakesh. I have been a fan of Rakesh ever since the puthu yugam days. He always delivered quality. I would consider myself an avid fan. And when he showed me dosakaya chutney, it was done. I had to buy it. The dosakaya was absolutely amazing. Very authentic taste. Felt like I was eating in a busy Andhra lunch home. And all this for little to no effort was the icing on the cake. Definitely worth it. *சட்டுனு @ Chutney - from the Tamil word சட்டுனு @ Chutunu. Also the hindi word Chaatni is similar. But Chutney is more than 2K years old. So hindi can't be the origin of the word chutney and at the same time, sanskrit is not an ethnicity, so it also can't be the root for the origin of the word/dish chutney. The most plausible is சட்டுனு @ Chutney, meaning fast/made freshly/immediately/bistro.* Another example is the word *"Soup"* - from the Tamil word/verb *"சூப்பு @ Soup."*
