Thank you for another GREAT workout 🙂 I definitely got my heart rate up! I can't do everything, such as the plank push up burpee type moves, so I opted to walk in place for those. I wish there was a modified way that I could personally do these, but I'm not there YET! 😜 I feel like your workouts are hard for me yet mostly I can do them and am encouraged by my progress! Really glad I discovered you here! Oh, I used 5 lb and 3 lb dumbbells, since I was too chicken to use my 10's! 🐥 Thanks again!!!!
