The issue is i am type 4 hair and i am totally confuse on how to grow my hair, don't know the tools to use, what to do to maintain it, etc... am a total beginner please what can i do to start my hair growth journey in 2024?

@@halimayusuf8007 Oh okay. No worries, we can start you on a simple routine.
When you wash your hair, start with a pre-poo, do a hot oil treatment. Wash your hair with shampoo, then deep condition with heat for 20-30mins, and rinse it out.
After washing your hair, moisturize your hair. Use a moisturizer that you like, if you don’t have one, you can try the TGIN Daily Moisturizer, then seal it with oil. Use Jamaican Black Castor oil or any of your choice, then plait it.
While in plaits, oil your scalp twice a week, and moisturize your plaits once a week. My second short shows how I moisturize my plaits.
Suggestion (I’m not a doctor, so I can only suggest, you don’t have to do it because you may not need it): start taking multivitamins or hair growth vitamins.
