Its such a shame that the Pats defense plays its tails off weekly just to be let down by an extremely lifeless offense. Surprised they kept it that close after after that awful first half.

CIN is 🔥 at the moment on a 7 game winning streak and are now 11-4 overall. This game shouldn't have been this close, but they got it done Burrow is continuing to put up MVP type numbers. The lesson for the Bengals is - when its easy and you got that flow (like in the 1st Half) - put more Points on the Board.
Both kickers were missing from the same side of the field. Cant completely blame them. Still almost put it away late with that missed touchdown just grazing Irwin's fingers. Then missing the field goal. Should have went back ahead by 17 late in the game. Bengals were clearly the better team but almost let it slip.

That Bourne touchdown in the corner happened right in front of us, it was so damn sick. Four rows back from the endzone.

Bengals came down to their defense at the end, this game shouldn't have been this close but they managed to get it down, this team can no doubt can make it back to the Super Bowl but this is going to be a hectic final two weeks to the regular season

Look at these two teams in Ohio. Incredibly proud of this team. The entire staff. Remember this is an organization and not just the roster. Remember that it's little things said on the sideline and in the locker room. That is how teams win. It's hundreds of people that make this possible. There was no reason to run the ball. We were stuffed the previous two plays which were runs so what made him think we would have broke a bigger run? That was a passing situation or a situation for a WR sweep. That call cost us the game

That game actually wasn't that bad compared to the stories I was getting last night from fellow Pats fans. Mac does need work getting that ball out quicker from the snap but overall, there were no stupid penalties and looked like both teams showed up to play but clock ran out. It happens. Gotta love RUclips game highlights.

Mac Jones in the 2nd Half was like "Frick the useless gameplan, I'll sling it downfield" and guess what, it worked against a very good defense. He would've lead the comeback if Stevenson wouldn't have tried to do too much. That would've been great for his confidence.

For the Bengals to not let their mistakes
cost them the game, this is by far a relentless
group. Im proud of Von Bell, impressed with Reader and Sample also helped Bengals by earning a huge sack. Lets face it Patriots seemed as though they might of been able to pull off miracle thanks to Jakobi Myers but truthfully this offense did fine because of Kendrick Bourne's huge catches. Going forward New England might be short of earning a playoff spot due to this loss, but
enough cant be said of how Cincinnati came
to play. Kind of tough to watch Jamarr🏈 lose that football but their defense didnt let them down. Im just happy Mixon was utilized as somewhat a receiver catching even though his responsibility is to earn hand offs carrying the ball through for successful yards. And Trenton Irwin he is the player of game in my opinion because what he and Higgins managed to do together in receiving core.That helped Bengals plenty. This victory makes them shine as all around superstars. Way to go Cincinatti.

I’m glad my Bengals Won, but man that was too close for comfort. I know, A Win is a Win. Cincinnati has to play a full game! Up 22-0, another TD may have put the Patriots on ice. Can’t ever take your foot off the gas! Also, Money Mac has to get right! A missed XP and missed FG left essentially 5 points out there. He missed another PAT as well, but there was a penalty on NE for unnecessary roughness. With the penalty, the ball was spotted at the 1. Cincinnati went for 2 and it was unsuccessful. I do have to give credit to the Patriots for never giving up. Up next for Cincinnati, the Buffalo Bills come to the Queen City.
At the half, I was surprised that the Bengals only led by 22....the Patriots were getting completely hammered. The fact that this turned into a closer than it should be game is somewhat of a mystery. Probably had a lot to do with the cold weather, and the Bengals honestly not wanting to play the 2nd half. Just my opinion.

Macpherson completely baffles me. He’ll kick it straight down the middle from 50 yards whenever you give him half a chance, but on extra points he’s a no-show. It’s like he doesn’t really pay attention if he’s not being given a challenge.

This is pretty much how the pats play even when Brady was still with the team. But Brady (and Gronk) are 1 or 2 TDs better than Mac and are usually able to pull out a win. What worries me is the number of 3rd and longs the offense gets themselves in. Is it playcalling, or is it lack of execution?

Mistakes, poor execution, and an O line that doesn't give Mac the protection that Brady enjoyed. Two extra seconds makes a huge difference to a QB waiting for a receiver to get clear.

That was a fumble not an incomplete pass. He lost control of the ball. I’m glad the Bengals didn’t lose because of that.
The Pats fans who were whining about the bad Raiders TD call should just shut up, they get so many calls its not funny. That was a fumble, when the ball came out Jones left arm went out to try and recover it, not throw it, he hit it with his hand and they called it a forward pass.

Bengals better learn a lot from this, even though we still won there just way to many times where the game should have went a lot better for us especially in the second half.
A lot of kicks were missed in a lot of different games. It’s hard to kick in the middle of a winter storm with powerful winds

Patriots had a streak of luck in the 2nd half that was miraculous.
Bengals pulled a bunch of their starters. Given their "1st Stringer" injuries going into the game, the 3rd Stringers were getting game time in the 2nd Half. Bengals have quality 2nd String Backups though.
