The aphogee treatment needs to be fully dry to penetrate and seal into the hair. It’s mentioned in the bottle. Additionally, the marching PH balancing conditioner must be used, hence the name “two step”. It’s also recommended to follow up with a deep conditioner. If anyone notices their hair is really dry after using this…please make sure ur using it right!
@@krystalaliyah girl my hair had to be crispy more than once for me to learn my lesson. I know some products can be a bit loose on the instructions…but aphogee is just one of those things if u wanna see the benefit u gotta follow the instructions.
I appreciate you saying that because I’ve used it a few times now and it hasn’t made my hair really dry or anything but I want to avoid any additional damage 😅 I’m hard headed so I would have found out the hard way 😂
I've had a bottle since summer of last year. Used it once and then it rained and my hair completely reverted. You're inspiring me to give it a try again in this dryer Fall weather.
Wish i'd watched this first but i literally used the wow today too! But i pretty much did my rputine lotions and potions minus the oil at the end. I sprayed the wow first, combed through, then did the heat protectant spray. Sectioned the hair blow dried on cool then wowed & heat sprayed again and went full on heat. Then i remembered that my issues is mainly my scalp which would frizz up first, so concentrated the spray specifically on my scalp and did a quick wizz through on full heat again. Now i have rollers on...will see how that worked in the morning lol. May invest in that roller brush dryer you know
Love the routine! I’m definitely taking notes, I didn’t consider using the wow spray before heat protectant🤔 you are onto something! You have to come back at let me know how it turns out, I’m sure it will be beautiful. That revlon dryer brush has changed my life, a great investment✨
I know this may sound stupid but I have a bottle never used for fear of my hair being damaged from the heat. How does your hair look like after you try to go back curly?
I don’t think that sounds stupid at all! My hair curls back really easy, probably because it’s fine but I can post a video of me washing it after having it straight for the last month. I will tag you when I post it!

Yes, you should try it again. My hair soaks up humidity easy I usually only straighten it in the fall/winter. Let me know how it goes
