because i didnt see it mentioned anywhere, i feel it's important to mention a bow mechanic, relating to the charging of shots; firing without charging (charge 1) does 40% of your weapon RAW damage and 50% of elemental (btw, elemental damage on ALL weapons is 1/10th of what it displays, so 300 elemental deals 30 damage per hit) charge 2 does 100% of the weapon raw and 75% of the elemental charge 3 150% raw 100% element charge 4 does 150% raw and 112.5% element, but charge 4 is often a higher level shot type if using vials, as you can see, it's very important you charge your shots or you just kinda... waste them... also, you can cut monster tails with the bow melee attack, it's recommended you apply close range coating for doing so because it applies the highest damage boost and isn't consumed on the melee move
I think the fact that they pushed mh wilds back by a whole year, is good! these days stuff often seems to get released before its time and juust sucks, so I am more than happy to wait. if cappy needs more time to make it, make us happy, then I'm all about it! fuck it, lets push it back to 2026! and revive underwater combat.

Diablos actually got nerfed in 3U so much, he's way more aggresive and had more moves in Tri, all that stuff was removed and given to black Diablos in 3U I heard. In general most of Low Rank got hella nerfed in 3U to make way for G rank, which in my opinion is a pretty bad move, I literally got all the way to Cedeus just with Rhenoplos armor and a great sword in 3U.
The Bow charges are the ways the bow shoots arrows, let's put you Arko Nulo for Example, "Spread Lv.1" is a multishot (like pellet ammo) and "Spread Lv.2" is the same but stronger. Quick tip, sometimes you don't have to fully charge your bow, there are many that share a same type of shot (For example having "Spread Lv.2" in both 2nd and 3rd charge, so its the same). That way you can save a bit of Stamina And normally, I would say you go apeshit with raw and use the bow coatings only in certain cases, it's better if you use them wisely; and I would say bow is a bit better since it has movility while charging,

If you ever play this game more, try Planting Nulberrys at the Farm, then sell the Nulberrys. Gets you a good sum of money in a short time👍 Also keep it up

Attack up for raw numbers wise gunners is only behind the shot up type (pierce up/normal up/pellet up) in this game (and similar attack up granting skills), though most sets would rather incorperate something like what you've got on your red anteater set. 23:00 in fu every 4 horns is mandatory i never wanna see a diablos again normals underwater go BRRRRRRRRRRRRRR (ricochet through a hitzone), some shot type tips, pierce3 and pierce1 combines can be bought at the granny at half off and normal prices, will be a while until you get a good HBG for pierce though, Piercing "big fishes" such as the one in this video is advised. Normal shot rath wings, pellet is very good against the diablos and anything that looks like a barioth, pierce is good against Ceadeus, Nibelsnarf, Laggy (though normal is also good!) a monster you haven't seen yet (you'll find out) always lovely to see HUNT MONSTER and hap new year.
